Not for big dogs
Hi, german shepherd is a hundred and ten pounds.They last about one month, and then the plastic, the bottom falls out, he's too heavy.It's not built for heavy dogs

Do not rely on petsvet to fulfill in a timely manner.
The pet pad came error free, not disappointed. The K9 cruiser XL experience is a another story. Poor customer service, promises made, not kept. If there is a problem with one of your delivery orders, stay on top of it, do not tell your customers a replacement will arrive in a set time-frame only to never arrive in that window. You not only lost a current customer, but many potential ones as well.

Came missing parts! :(
It came and is great but missing some parts. I’ve left multiple emails and voicemails with no response. Not sure I would pick this seller again.

Well it is missing the straps for the…
Well it is missing the straps for the side and the pet strap. Other than that I really like it. But no one will contact me back

The advertisement did not mention…
The advertisement did not mention assembly. I only have one working hand so impossible for me to insert the boards. Nothing was attached so Im outside and the straps blew away in the winds. The zipper was broke.
