Order placed 7-27-26, after 2 emails and multiple calls (no response from emails or customer service), the product arrived. Wrong size so i called to find out how to return, no answer and no call back. So i tried to use and zipper fell apart on day 2. I should have disputed the charge on CC. They are registered in WY, which i will contact WY SOS and US Marshall Service. Trust pilot is another internet scam you get a star from. Do not order from this company. Product is misrepresented and customer service is even worse. Please notice the Beaverton, OR address which i did not, so one could guess they company ownership is a ponzi scheme. Do not order from PETSVET.

First I tried cancelling my order the moment I placed and again several times. You still sent it to me Second someone emailed me saying sorry for not cancelling my order. But,as soon as I get my order to email him saying that I got and he would help me with returning it. I did that and he never got back to. That was a week ago. Third the packaged came opened up. The bag was wide open. I even sent pics of the package in my last email. Fourth the damn thing doesn't fit a my truck very well. I have an extended cab truck and this item seems to be for only crew cab trucks. When I ordered it did not that it was only for crew cabs it only stated it was for large trucks. Which mine is but not a crew cab.

I can’t honestly say anything positive. I’ve sent 6 emails in total no response to any of them. It took 41 days for my product to arrive at our house. I had already purchased an alternative and elected to return. The return policy looks easy but someone would have to respond to an email. Which they did and have not. Be prepared to keep and pay for whatever you get. This is blind shopping, I’ll let every one else speak to the product as I haven’t used it because have a great alternative.

This company boasts a lifetime warranty for normal tearing of fabric. I've sent them numerous emails and left several messages via phone. Nobody has returned my call or emails. I bought the product k9 cruiser on April 22, 2026 my order number was #18437 and I included pictures but they haven't done anything to acknowledge me as a customer. Stay away from this Shady company

My order was missing an item and I have tried contacting this company on several occasions. They will not respond. This is horrible customer service.

I purchased the K-9 Cruiser and steps, cruiser plastic strap clip broke immediately on install around headrest. Steps do not work for my 2026 Subaru Ascent. Doorway is not wide enough and stairs are not tall enough to reach seat height edge instead. Order came WAY late. When I reached out to the American guy shown in the picture for the person that will respond within 24-48 hours a week after promised delivery of 8/6, absolutely no response, ever, from anyone. Fast order time is not possible, ships from outside the US and takes forever to clear customs AND I rec’d multiple notices I owed tariff fees before delivery could happen. Finally arrived day I had to leave town and strap clip broke. Thank you for nothing and I’m sure by the time I return home from working on the road it will be too costly or impossible to return either item for refund. Total waste of almost $300. Would never recommend doing business with this company.

Purchased a cruiser, belt clips, collapsible steps, and carrier. Had to reach out 4 times to initiate a return before I received a response. Was told they couldn’t generate a return label for the stairs but would send me one for the cruiser and process a refund and that I should keep the stairs if I need them or perhaps have friends in need but no mention of a refund despite their policies allowing one. I also got an email that they’re shipping me another order of stairs. What? I responded indicating I wanted a refund for the entire order and that I didn’t need the stairs and won’t be keeping them if I don’t receive a refund. Will update review if/when I hear back.

Never showed up when promised, never returned Facebook messages, emails, or phone messages. Never received free gifts never using this company ever again.
