Little background: We have two rag doll cats. We used two enclosed litter boxes. We are first time pet auto litter box owners and we were looking for the perfect set up for our house and cats. We first looked at the litter robot 3 and 4 but it was too big. So I searched for one with a smaller footprint and that's how I found out about petsnowy. After a little bit of research we decided this was the one for us based on footprint and features we wanted - auto scoops the litter and doesn't kill the cat. Order time: The website is easy to navigate and had a discount going when we ordered. We placed an order on the 13th of July for the litter tray and the water fountain. Water fountain came via DHL and arrived on the 15th. The litter tray was returned to sender from our local DPD depot this is when customer services really stepped up. They shipped another one the same day - which also got returned by DPD. So customer services initiated an investigation and sent out a third one, which actually arrived. So we took receipt of the litter box on the 23rd. Customer services was there every step of the way doing what they could to chase up the delivery company and get our order to us. We are pleased with the items and the cats are too. We just wish they shipped by a better company.

For the Premium, you receive: the dryer compartment, the base to hold the compartment, a small hanging compartment that slips on the back of the dryer, a cool magnetic remote, and the power cord. While I didn't adequately utilize the box yet, I gave it a spin with my cat somewhat wet. At the time of purchase, he wasn't as big and was able to fit comfortably. He was not scared or fussy. He's currently pushing 16-18lbs at 10 months and has the same temperament towards the dryer. A great purchase especially if you have a cat with an undercoat like mine. It may take a bit longer to dry but I would say it's worth it so your cat does get dry well enough or completely. This is my first purchase from PetSnowy, and I have already made a second purchase. It will not be my last!

Good customer service for any issues

I've had the automatic litter box since 2023 and the Petsnowy customer support has been amazing every step of the way. They were quick to help with a broken weight sensor, and they were quick to help with a new deodorizer. I've already recommended them to friends because their product is just so great.

Absolutely wonderful product and great customer service. They always get back to me within 24 hours and love trouble shooting problems with me. I had an issue with a sensor for the litter tray and after I tried absolutely everything, they're sending me a new unit. I have never been told to shut up and deal with it by the Snowy Team. Absolutely earned the 5 stars. ⭐ ✨

I started with their automatic litter box and I was very disappointed in the beginning. I was having technical issues connecting my phone to the unit but I reached out to the company and their customer support department helped me troubleshoot the issue. We realized it was a technical malfunction that couldn't be fixed. They promptly sent me a new unit and I after getting it out of the box it was so much easier to connect to my phone. Their service was so quick and helpful with the litter box that I shortly bought the automatic feeder with plans on buying another one so that way both of my cats get their food. Only gripe I have about the feeder is that their 'portions' are not measured out in like cups or weight so it's a little guess and check but I just took 1 portion and tried it in different measuring cups until I found the closest one. For me it looks like 1 portion = 1/4 cup but it might be slightly off so do your own research. Overall, I love the company, their service department and their products and I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Good sales and the product works, I have a petsnowy litter box, water fountain and a couple of the cat toys. They all work well and they will take care of you if there is any issue

PetSnowy was extremely quick to respond to a customer service request and promptly resolved the issue. The litter box we purchased has been AMAZING and nothing else even comes close to comparing! We love our pet feeders too!
