After waiting for the my dogs grooming appointment after a month, they cancelled day of, then went on to reschedule with me three or four times, cancelling all of those as well. They never tried to make it right with me or anything of the sort. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Took our bichon frise in and he was matted but it could’ve been fixed with scissors and then they decided to use clippers down to a one and there are a few spots where they got too close to the skin. He also came back scared and not acting like himself. They butchered him and this is in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Obviously they don't want me as a customer since I can't order anything from the site. Really unprofessional guys and disappointing I have been a happy customer for many years not any more.

I always use pets mart for my golden retriever grooming here Columbia mo. I paid $90 some to groom and mail and all but this time took over 5 hours and I asked bear cut but wasn’t even close to what I asked and later found out he had few cut under pid. I usually don’t complain for it but this time wasn’t right if it was like $20 or something different but if we have to pay almost 100 for grooming I was expecting more at least close what I order She gave me $5 credit because took long time but I’m not sure if anyone can do what they got requested for it

Horrible experience at the pace Florida location ive never been discriminated before as I was at this store and I will never set foot in another petsmart and I will make it my mission to tell my story and let others know how the petsmart family treats their customers so poorly and can't even perform the services advertised NEVER SHOP HERE PEOPLE

Took my dog for nail cut and his nails looks the same If the the groomers are afraid to cut nails then they shouldn’t be a groomer Waste of $15 Am never happy with the service I will not be going back

This place sold us two lizards, and both are now dead. They were just babies, and we were not given any feeding information, nor how important their vitamins are. One, our Gecko was given to us with a fatal bone disease. It was very hurtful watching her suffer and die. The bearded dragon died of unknown causes. People, please, learn all about these precious animals before you buy them, and please get them checkups. This PetSmart was the one in Medford Oregon.

Dropped off my GSD pup yesterday for a grooming. The manager in the grooming department informed me that my dog was aggressive when larger dogs came by. I asked her if he was growling and she said no he was touching the fence as if going towards the dogs as they walked by. She also said that maybe he was playing. She stated that I couldn’t bring him in on weekends anymore for grooming when they were busy. It’s obvious this lady needed far more training. She couldn’t tell the difference from a growl which is aggression and a playful pup. It was pretty pathetic her trying to explain to me that my dog showed aggression. I’ve had GSDs and Rotts in the past and this is the best tempered breed I’ve had and only went here out of convenience because I had just moved into the area and we are still unpacking. Normally I groom my dogs. I purchased my GSD from a breeder in Texas who breeds her GSDs for show and is well know in the industry. First of all, my GSD is an American blood line and anyone who knows anything about larger breeds would tell you that these are the most well tempered of the breed. This lady tried acting like she was some sort of expert, but she doesn’t know anything about dogs, in fact, I was pretty specific to her and had to tell her she was “full of s**t”. That’s pretty blunt but was needed given her ignorance. This petsmart if located on the north side of San Antonio. I would never go back and don’t recommend anyone going. Go to Petco. I’ve never had a problem there. Petsmart needs to do a better job with the people they have run their grooming stores.
