Avoid PetSmart! Terrible customer service. Screwing around with prescription dog food order. Details follow. I placed a reorder for prescription dog food in early July. The online order asked for the prescription (even though it was a reorder) and it would not upload ( tried from two computers from two different places). I called and was assured I didn’t need to upload it since it was on file. A week later I received an email telling me the order was on hold pending a prescription. I emailed it and called again. The representative said he released the order for shipping and fedex confirmed it. Today I get an email canceling the order due to lack of prescription and non response from vet !! So I’m trying to figure out how to get the food quickly. The last thing the 12 yo dog needs is a change in food on top of cancer, heart disease, thyroid and gi issues. I call again and ask why in the world would they do this after confirming with fedex that it had been shipped. The representative tells me it wasn’t cancelled and has no idea why I received the email. I will try to secure the food from somewhere as a backstop and keep monitoring the fedex tracking it. But this is nuts.

Would give it a -10 if I could. 1st waited in line for 20 minutes to check my dog in for grooming. Half way through tbe session, they decided my dog was too matted in her ear and legs so they abandoned the groom.ok, if they couldnt handle it , not happy but I could deal with it. What they did is leave her "as is" dropped everything . I picked up a dog with hair sticking out all over looking.... so horrible. I took in a beautiful labradoodle and got back a clown. Untrained, incompetent staff. You are way better off grooming your own dog than taking it to the August Maine PetSmart. BEWARE!!!!

As an almost 10 yr customer of PetSmart Pet hotels I feel so taken advantage of. They have raised their daily prices an additional $20 a night plus they charge a fee for every little thing. With no upgraded services. The prices have gone up over the years but this is the most extreme ever. I have been coming here because I really like the ppl but this is likely the last straw for me. It’s unreasonable to raise prices and not raise services.

Ordered prescription on July 8. Finally got order confirmation July 18, but no way to track it. Contacted customer service three times by email, no response. Called customer service July 22, they lost order, had to start over. No effort to make it right. Order #78360572.

I ordered my cat's prescription cat food online on 7/13/22 and said I would pick it up at the store where I first filled the prescription. I paid online and called on 7/15/22 and was told it takes a few days to verify with the Vet. I called today 7/21/22 and was told to call 888-839-9638 to see what is going on. Message said my wait time would be 2 min and it is now 15 mins. I think it's time to order thru my Vet. Worst service ever! My cat is 15 and will die before your call center answers!!!

Never take your Dog here ever. They tried to say my dog had five fleas which was on a heart and flea preventative I check my dogs all the time I brush my dog every day so I know he didn’t have any fleas but I got charged anyway. The haircut was horrific I could’ve gone to my other groomer for half the price they charge you for every single little thing they can straight out of your pocket so run fast and find a better grammar

Booked dog grooming appt., Sarasota for 9am. Got call. Can you move to 1:30pm? Another call, can you move to 11:30am. Got there at 11:30. Tech went out of her way to find 1 or 2 mats, have to shave ears and an up charge. I left. Do NOT go here for grooming. They are already $14 more than Petco where I’ve never had a problem.
