Well I've been trying to deal with PetSmart for several months nowI have to buy prescription cat food and they're the only place that sells it by the can.Every timeI orderI have to call two or three times to find out where my order is and it's so exasperating then to top it all off the app does not work properly

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they didn't charge me this time. But I came to the Phoenix Metrocenter Petsmart expressly to have my dog's nails done, deciding to add a bath while we were there. THEY DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CUT HIS NAILS. They left goop by my dog's eyes, and they returned him to me wet. When they told me he was aggressive, I asked for clarification. Apparently aggressive means that he turned like he was "going to" go for the groomer's hand. In other words, my dog turned his head and she was so paranoid that she refused to try to cut his nails. When she said he tried to get out the harness, she admitted she did not try to tighten or adjust it. I've used Petsmart for location, but I can't tolerate incompetence anymore. Leaving my dog with long nails and goopy eyes got rid of me!

Terrible online company. Stick to retail. They cancel my order 2 times already because they don't have stock! Update your website!

We took our Cavaliers to Pet Smart in Port Charlotte for a bath and brush out. Part of the services included are grooming of the feet and expressing glands. We specifically asked for gland expression as this was the entire reason I took them in as they are not going to their regular groomer for approximately one month. They needed their glands expressed. I did not ask for grooming of the feet as I knew it was included. Upon picking them up, their feet were not trimmed and I asked about the glands and the groomer told me that she had forgotten and the second groomer said she knew nothing about it but stated that they did not need their glands expressed as she had felt the outside gland. I have had Cavaliers for approximately 20 years and know when they need them done. They stated that they did not know if we wanted feet trimmed so just decided not to trim them. I paid almost $100 for the two to be groomed and left very unhappy. They did not offer to trim the feet even though I told them I wanted them trimmed and did not offer to express the glands. I will not be taking them back to PetSmart for grooming again. Very disappointed in having to pay $100 and not have the complete job done.

The madison east Wisconsin store fish tanks were disgusting! Green algae all over the front of the tanks! No one around to help. We took one look at the tanks and decided no way we would buy fish there. Some of the fish were floating on the bottom of the tanks barely alive. Will not be back to this store.

petsmart has the worst tropical fish of anywhere. You would think I would know better when on several occasions I spotted $14 blue rams with ick on them. not even the same fish, or shipment. I stayed away fpr a while, went in, it looked a little cleaner, but most expensive fish were up high, Im guessing so you couldnt look at them closely. well, and I blame myself for this, I was in, could see the gold rams so overpaid for 3 tiny ones, now have gill flukes in my tank. Im tired of petsmart and their overpriced disease ridden fish.

I took my dog, Mallory in for a grooming at the tradition location and to get her nails trimmed and I got her back clean but they didn’t even try to clip one of her paws at all and barely trimmed the other three down cause they grew very long, I’m very disappointed cause they usually do really good.

Bought this Mutt Slouchers Socks for my mini Schnauzer for the winter walk. They were nice and fit her well, but not even 10 minutes walk they fell from her paws and I have to keep on pulling them up. They’re great idea and looks good and the reason why I bought them but they just don’t stay even with the perfect size. Will not recommend this product. Paid $19.99 and wasted my money.
