Do not use the grooming services at the Kuykendahl/99 Grand Parkway location. If I could give it zero stars I would. My grand fur baby has been going here for years. Today they butchered his hair cut doesn’t even look like our baby. They cut areas that have never been trimmed before. Come to find out there was only 1 groomer all day alone and couldn’t even trim our babies nails. Poor scheduling by management. The mom and dad of our grand fur baby are livid as they should be. The manager didn’t even show concern or empathy even after seeing before and after pictures.

They don't deserve a half of a star I've been taking my 2 fur babies here for a grooming 2 weeks ago they were there to get groomed and this one person who did both of them destroyed it for me to never ever return she messed up cutting some areas was uneven some places wasn't cut and cut right then I had to wait a whole week to take them back so they can get fixed and I said that I didn't want her to touch their fur found out that I have to pay again they will not get my money

Waynesboro, va has one of the most rude and hateful woman working for them. People should rethink how they speak about and to others.

The absolute worst place to take your pets for grooming if you care about them. My dog has been getting groomed at PetSmart for 4+ years, no problem. All of the sudden, she starts getting groomed by Amber at the Richardson location & she's ungroomable, needs to be medicated. I called & filed a complaint & then Nathaniel, the manager or whoever he is because I thought Andrew was the manager, as he greeted me in store when I picked her up this last time to tell me to take my dog to her vet even though I'd taken her to Banfield & got her medicated like they asked & they still claimed the zombie I brought them was too "wiggly" to groom. Even aske me to ask the vet to up the dosage, like what's the goal here, she's barely walking, you want me to bring her in dead? My dog could barely bark she was so zoned out. Anyway, Nathaniel sends some generic chat GPT response talking about thank you for taking the time to complete the survey which let me know then he didn't have a clue about what was going on, just backing the groomer because I didn't fill out survey, I called customer care & filed a complaint. So yea, if you don't mind being treated like trash & your pets being traumatized, this is the place to go.

PetSmart is a good store but our family went to a PetSmart near us and we couldn't even find any pet collars small enuf to fit our dogs!

Petsmart doenot mention in it's rules and regulations about complaining about bad dog grooming I have all the pictures with the really bad grooming , dog groomers donot need a licience to groom THEY HAVE A ONLINE GROOMING COURSE , ALSO THEY HIRE ANYONE BRING THEM INTO PETSMART GROOMING AND TRAIN THEM RIGHT INSTORE ,BUT ANYONE CAN GROOM AS THEY DONOT HAVE TO GUALIFY FOR A LICIENCE MY DOG HAS HAD ONLY ABOUT 2 HALF DECENT GROOMING EXPERIENCE THE REST WERE BIG BALD SPOTS ON HIS BODY , BUT APPARENTLY THEIR FAVOURITE REASON FOR THAT IS HE HAD MATS ,THAT WAS EXCUSE EVERY TIME ,ALSO NO WHERE ON THE RULES AND REGULATION DOES IT SAY IF YOU COMPLAIN TO MANY TIMES THE STORE CAN BAN YOU FROM EVERY PETSMART FROM YOUR DOG BEING GROOMED WHAT HAPPENED TO FREE SPEECH TIME TO SEE A LAWYER WITH ALL MY PICTURES OF SO MANY INEXPERIENCED GROOMERS CLIPPING DOGS . HAVE A NICE DAY .

The Petsmart in Broomall, PA is a disaster. Occasionally I have my dogs groomed there, knowing they cancel without contacting me, and miss hair matts behind my dogs’ears and underneath but I was desperate. Today was the worst . I had a 5 pm appt to discover the groomer did not show and sorry but someone was supposed to call you. Ok.. I can deal with that. What could I say! But then she said oh, I think you made the appt for tomorrow at 5. Nope. I .did .not. I said I couldn’t have. So I left. In the car I looked at the my screen shot I took when scheduling and discovered they changed the appt without my knowledge leading me to believe I’m going insane. This has happened twice before and I did believe it was me. When I went back in to cancel tomorrow’s appt, I showed the screenshot as was told the computer does that sometimes ..

I hate to give 1star. Its not worth even that. I placed online autoship order and after days of no update I tried to find tracking number. Nope, not one. Had to call customer service to get tracking number only to find out it won't be here for another week. I have a sick dog who will only eat BilJac food and now it will be another week before it gets here! Such sorry service from a company I thought was reputable. I will order direct from BiJac before I order from this sham of a company again!
