Terrible customer service. Do not do all grooming services promised. Don’t waste your money. Make excuses of why don’t clean our poodles ears. Rude manager. Go elsewhere.

Hands-down, so were grooming experience I have ever had! I have brought my dog to the grooming salon over six times and they still didn’t keep her rabies paperwork. They made me drive all the way home 10 miles and back another 10 miles to retrieve the paperwork only to tell me then I had to rebook my dogs appointment. Never go here!

I ordered a bag of dog food, they had it delivered. Never was delivered. Refused to refund me or replace the dog food. Essentially theft. Very great of them.

Never again. Against my better judgment I took my dog there - only to have them send him home- their vet wasn’t even familiar with what they were sending him home for - their vet had to LOOK IT UP!!!!!!! - According to to the manager….,,.Are you EFFN SERIOUS!!!!! ( I was familiar as I was the one that told them about it and told them MY VET had no concerns- and had my dog on NO meds for this). I will stick with my usual place for grooming- and wait for an opening next time. Cracker Jack Box Vets PetSmart employs- CLEARLY!!!!

Do not bring your animal in this place for grooming. I have a morky and gave specific instructions on how I wanted my dog groomed just to pick her up and see her butchered to point of unrecognizable belief. I’m very dissatisfied with their service and will be finding a new provider. By the way This Petsmart is in Springfield, Illinois on 3183 S. Veterans PKWY

Customer service was absolutely horrid. The worker and manager working by the fish tanks were very rude. There was also some kind of unforeseen "policy" they had to follow which they could not show to the public. It kind of feels like they are trying to drive their customers crazy on purpose. Their explanations seem to contradict with their own policy. It was a terrible experience.

Absolutely the longest, most repetitive and pointless application for a minimum wage job I have ever experienced.
