I was just told i could not purchase a plecostomus for my 40 gallon tank because i dont have a pond to transfer it to when it out grows the tank. I have been purchasing fish from this store for 20 years and this is just crazy. I will not ever go back to PetSmart now that you have employees deciding who can get fish or not.

If there was a zero I would have indicated it. Worst company Worst customer service. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTO SHIP. WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THEY STILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ! They send product and won’t listen. Never give your credit card. Steer clear of them. Period

I thought this company was good. I ordered dog food and never got it. I asked for a refund and they denied me. I will never be shopping with this company again horrible, horrible experience. And I will make known that they didn’t won’t give me my refund so I can tell everybody never to shop with them again.

I booked an appointment for Monday October 3. I drove 36 miles to get there, only to be told a groomer called in and my appointment is canceled. I was shocked and disappointed!! The rude groomer that was there said she called me at 7:30 am. So therefore it 's not her fault. On my way out the door she yelled "Set up your voice-mail!!!" You suck Petsmart. You are understaffed, and the one you have needs some manners. 72 miles round trip for nothing!!

I'm just writing this review to make people aware and look for themselves human infestation to the skin from fleas it would take way too long to explain I know all four stages of the flea infestation and you can make ignore this post to look for yourself I go to PetSmart hoping that I can find something that would deal with infestation in the skin you'll never find it for a dog or human if it happens I look under the shelf over by where the flea shampoo and all that is I just happen to look on the floor you'll see this naughty little thing with black dots that is one of the 4 stages of fleas I've researched this so much I'm probably the most knowledgeable person in the United States about start to finish the flea infestation no cures no medicines and no doctors can help you once a male and a female enter your skin so next time you're at a pet store try looking underneath the shelves where the floors can't be cleaned and the amount of animals that enter these stores you're not going to believe what you see if you know what you're looking for first look up and find pictures of the four stages of fleas so you know like I said I know from start to finish everything about these hush hush beyond pandemic you think covid was serious this is beyond that you take all the pandemics in the world and put them together doesn't compare what one male and one female flee in your skin will do this research it a little bit like I have for 3 weeks straight day and night I have flea infestation in my skin and just try to find somebody to give you one answer or one person that can help you it's amazing no medicine no doctors know as much as I know and I've only been dealing with it and researching for 3 weeks the doctor I went to the first time didn't even know that fleas could bore there's 2,500 different flea species out there and 500 of them are capable of boring and humans if you would like to know the hidden secret and hear some reality I guarantee you I'm the only person that can give you any answers I'll keep you answers that you will not find anywhere from anyone in the world the world before you delete this review people just take the time to have your managers look under the shells and see the snotty little thing with black dots see if I'm making this up at least try to make your stores clean under the shells I'm just trying to save people this is a misery beyond belief that I'm going through the only way to get him out is true razor blade them out and you have to be fast enough to get to him because they will go down further into your skin as soon as you touch them please just take it serious and make sure your store people look under the shells and no what the four stages of fleas are so even know what they're looking for please

Made an appointment at PetSmart at 5515 West Broad Street in Richmond VA. I got a call hours before my appointment asking me to come in early because "they shouldn't make appointments at the end of the day for big dogs". I rushed to go get my dog from home to get here there and I could tell when I got there by their attitudes they weren't into it. The groomer proceeded to tell me she couldn't groom my dog because she needed to be shaved and it was PetSmart's policy to not shave dogs. I told the scheduler that she needed to be shaved. I called the manager and corporate and neither had heard of the policy. Don't waste your time with PetSmart. I won't again.

I had the worst experience ever today in store #0278! The manager as well as the store clerk Brenna was very rude and unhelpful while I was trying to purchase a 37 gallon tank along with a small slider turtle. We felt humiliated the way they were speaking to us. We contacted HR while we were in the store to find a solution, but No lick with that. We eventually left the store without our lovely friend and tank. Feeling hurt and dissatisfied.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1. They were ridiculously hard to book an appointment with. When we finally got in they did an “assessment” and deemed my dog unable to get a bath bc she had an area of dry skin that was bleeding. My dog is a large lab and she has dry elbows. They ALWAYS look like that! They wouldn’t bathe her. Do NOT go there!
