I ordered an acrylic aquarium that Petsmart's webiste indicated was in stock to replace a leaking aquarium. I would not have ordered the aquarium if I knew it would have to be built. After more than two weeks the aqurium has not shipped, Petsmart says they cannot cancel the order as it has been sent TO BE BUILT. No indication of when it will ship. Terrible customer service, will not shop with Petsmart again.

Seems Petsmart goes out of it's way now to inconvenience. The most simple resolution takes an hour of back and forth to get Petsmart team leaders to agree to. Besides mailing an 80.00 item without any packaging, Petsmart then blame FedEx when the item arrived damaged and insisted that I inconvenience myself to take the damaged item back to a retail store where , according to Petsmart, the item may or may not be accepted. Again, over an hour requesting Petsmart use the delivery process to retrieve the item that was either shipped damaged or damaged in shipping because it was not packaged. John also inferred that I was lying and the item was not delivered already opened and repackaged. A really bad experience that guaranteed I will never purchase from Petsmart again.

They purposefully edit your autoship orders into 2 or 3 in order to have you pay 2 or 3 shipping fees and not have 2 massive order with free shipping. This has nothing to do with not having something in stock. They just manually change your order date for your product on backend, you get no update or confirmation email and next thing you know a week or month later, you see 3 charges on your bill all with shipping fees instead of the 2 massive subscription order that was requested and agreed to. Nowhere did I say, sign, or tick a box that said if you didn't have full stock to still ship to me or that I didn't want to be notified when you, not me, modified my order. Scum company.

I purchase a Kong Harness in June 2022. By October 2022, the strap had frayed, unsafe to use. I emailed Kong, they instructed me to contact PetSmart. I took it into the Clive, Iowa store; they told me their return/exchange policy is 60 days. I contacted PetSmart Customer Service the afternoon of November 3, 2022; the agent on the phone told me they would be emailing a $50.00 electronic gift card to use in the store. When I called back to inquire about the gift card, they informed me they do not give gift cards. They were going to pull the phone conversation to review. Almost 2 weeks later I received an email stating they could not locate a contact from November 3. (We have looked into this further and were unable to find a contact from 11/3. I apologize, but we will not be able to issue you a $50 gift card for your Kong dog harness.) Very disappointed in Kong and PetSmart. Going forward, I will not purchase from PetSmart.

Store on Dale Mabry in Tampa Florida I bought some fish and when I get home I do what I need to do for 20 minutes before put it in with other fish and one of the 6 fish start to die I called and a Asian sound lady responded to my call and was unprofessional and un informative, saying that was broken in but even did not understand English with the worse English speaking do not answer any questions and how to return a deadly fish they give me so I prefer to dump and loose my money to deal with the customer service,

I booked my girl for a trim at a Calgary store. When she came out, it didn't look like they had done anything but shave down her face. No nails. No shampoo. No brush out. Her ears were absolutely untouched and thats where the most attention is needed for most dogs. I paid double what I was quoted. I can't afford this and now I'll have to try to fix it myself. I'm heartbroken.

My 9 month old shin-tzu went to get groomed. While I was at school, I came home to him looking awesome but a few days later I realized something that caught my eye. I seen that he was red everywhere, even if he was matted up before he should NOT be red. Me, my mom, and my dad all realized it at the same time. He is red on his paws, and his bottom-half. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GETTING YOUR DOG GROOMED AT PETSMART THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL.

I took 3 dogs today to the groomers Romeo ringo and kandi 1st of all it was evident that the groomer Danielle didn't pay attention to my needs ringo's top of his head is all choppy and shorter than what I wanted It is also very uneven there were complimentary services left on Romeo's file because they canceled his appointment a few times so they put the complimentary package on there and never removed it afterwards therefore I was Charge for services I didn't request I ended up paying $94.61 Instead of 54 plus tax Instead of candy's being 54 it was 62 Ringo was 54 and that's what I anticipated but the cut was just off Today I was very dissatisfied with my needs And if I do ever take my dogs there again I only want saveiuah grooming them
