We are new puppy owners and we want the best for our new 10 week old puppies, Kate was busy but took the time out for helping our every needs she helped explain what items to buy for our puppies with food the most important she made everything okay and it wasn't as stressful as we worried about what to buy... Thank you Kate you were wonderful..

I had trouble with my YIP smart tag and called customer service. They contacted me back quickly to help me with it. They gave me all the information I needed to get my tag fixed. I love my YIP and I'm sure my fur baby appreciates it also. Thank you, Lynn Myers

On Monday June 19 I went into petsmart in Huber Heights Ohio with my two large puppies, 7 and 9 months, there was an associate in the store that was so very helpful. The associates name is Izzy she helped us fit both our pups with floatation jackets, harnesses and gental leaders. She explained gental leaders to us and she fit them on the pups and let us try them in the store. She also helped us fit the lfe jackets so we were sure to get the right size. She was wonderful with both pups who are usually a little skidish and bark but they loved her. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Izzy is as an employee and advocate for the products you sell.

Michelle at the Oxon Hill location is the best. My dog loves her. She knows how to make your dog comfortable. Some of the others however, need to find another profession. If it wasn’t for Michelle I would probably give 2 stars. These 5 stars are for her and I strongly recommend you ask for her.

We had to find a new groomer for our 3 year old Shih Tzu, Pet smart for us in within a couple of days! Our dog Lollipop looks fantastic, they did a great job and were very kind to us as well as our dog! Shampoo haircut nails trimmed and teeth brushed!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we are definitely returning there on a monthly basis!!

Wow! Kind, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, thorough and sincere. An exceptional experience for my dog Finn and me also - at the Orillia location, groomer Stevie! Five stars. Other staff exceptional also, from being greeted on entry to assistance finding items. Thank you PetSmart Orillia!

The manager at Delray location "Dan" let's me in early to get crickets for my son's Geko. He and the staff in Delray are always kind and helpful.

Recently brought Rover in for bath & trim+. All went well and he was very pleased with his adventure. One of the senior members of the Grooming staff provided useful information on a detail of specific relevance to the breed. Appreciate the meaningful care and learning.
