Every time I go into PetSmart to buy dog food I get charged more than the price marked on the shelf. A few weeks ago I bought food and wasn’t paying attention until after I scanned my atm card to pay and after discovering it, told the cashier. He said he couldn’t do anything because I already paid for it. The next time I bought dog food I again got overcharged, but caught it before paying. The cashier was rude about it. I’ll admit I wasn’t pleasant because of past interactions with the store.

I placed an order online for in store pick up. I took a screenshot of my order number. I never received a confirmation email so I reach out to customer care and am told my order is ready for pick up in Round Rock Texas. My order was for Reynoldsburg Ohio. I said ok then cancel the order and refund my money. I'm nowhere near Texas. I was told only the store could do that and gives me the store in Round Rock Texas. So I call that number as I'm driving to the Reynoldsburg Ohio store. I spoke with David and explained what was going on. David tried to find my order but the order number I have on the screenshot was not for me or what I ordered. I go into the Reynoldsburg Ohio location and give me name. The person pulled it up and went and got my order. The receipt taped to the product has a different order number than I was given at the time I completed the order. Not sure if I will ever use Petsmart again.

Petsmart Flatiron is the worst! I tell myself to NOT go back and in a pinch I do and hate myself for it!! The worst check out, the most imept people- Imagine having check out b so oainful, i would never ise any of their services!

I ordered a bird cage for a small bird . First off there communication is bad , I did not know when it shipped , did not get a receipt on line with the order . So it finally shows up and the box has a big smash and cut on one side almost the entire length of the box .. I said oh no I bet the cage wire will be bent . So unboxing it i can see its bent .. Fed X .. The laziest people never bring packages to your door even though it says so on all your packages . So I call cust service and I am on the phone for 50 min . All i wanted is 30%off because 20 would only be like 16dollars and that is nothing i have to work on getting the bars straight and I want to return the one i have ASAP . So they wanted photos I sent them , they said they did not get them , did it again same thing . so I told the girl give me some one about the sup you r dealing with and she did and right away she gave me 25% off . I was like that is fine . Why the heck did'nt the other rep do this . OMG what a sunday . I got the other cage all cleaned up and returned it .. There return policy online sucks . will never buy from them on line .. And the rest of my order never showed up today .. lets see how that goes. omg...

Not good shopping. I ordered something for my dog and received a cat item. When I tried to return it I was told no. I found someone that has a cat and let them have it.

11 people in line at the checkout, one cashier...who didn't know how to run the register. 4 employees standing around the store, 1 walking around with a can of Dr Pepper slurping it down. 2 customers behind me walked out ugh.awful.

The employee Jill was not very friendly nor was she helpful at all. When asked if the store had any cheaper pet carriers her response was "well the prices should be right by the items." When i said they were not she said "well i dont know." Not a great customer service. Will be going to a different pet store than the ome in south elgin from now on.

I love when I go into the stores but calling customer service or any store for the PetsHotel is a nightmare. On hold for 30 minutes each and every time just to ask a simple question and when they finally do answer, I’m hung up on.
