I’m very extremely disappointed with the outcome of how my dog looks after picking her up. While I understand that my dog had some initial matting, the final result was not what I had requested. I specifically asked for her face to be rounded, but it appears uneven and not shaped as discussed. Her tail was also cut down far more than expected. Since bringing her home, I’ve noticed her skin is visibly red under the remaining fur, and she has been scratching nonstop, which is very concerning. In addition, her coat is uneven throughout, with noticeable patches that are longer in some areas and much shorter in others. I try to be understanding, especially knowing there were mats involved, but the extent of the cut and the condition she’s in now is unacceptable. Overall, I am very unhappy with this experience and will not be returning.

I was knowing sold fish that had ick , I was refunded for the last ones I bought, but would not refund the order one , I had over a hundred dollars worth of fish that there fish killed and would not refund ugh

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Do not EVER purchase anything online. It is often 3-4x more expensive online than in store, and when you explain that to them they do not price match. This is hugely problematic, especially for any person with a disability who is unable to shop in store. Any company who would gouge like this should be avoided at all costs.

I had and appointment for her grooming but her rabies shot was made so the groomer canceled her appointment when i took her to the vet got her rabies shot i call to get in a appointment to get her groome they told me the she can not get groome nombre with them because of canceling when ihave all the papers and the appointment setup they canceled and blame is onthe owners

Commack store. Had to stand in line for almost 10 minutes before anyone bothered to attend the cash register. When I looked around, I saw the usual woman at a middle register saying she was open. She was pushy, unfriendly, & rude telling me to move cart down. The Sign in store said spend $50 get $20 back. My bill was $70, and I have a registered account which was looked up, but I didn’t get $20 back. When I questioned, she said she didn’t know why then said I needed the ap. I just accepted this reason but won’t return.

My 2 and half year old 12 pound pomeranian Luxferre has very sensitive stomach, had been on J Hill's Prescription Diet ID chicken and vegetable stew for 9 months until they decided to 'upgrade ' their recipes and now for the better..my pomeranian refused to eat new recipe...Luxferre was put on Purina EN Prescription Diet but for some reason couldn't tolerate it..he got severe diarrhea..took him to veterinarian and together the veterinarian and myself decided to give Natural Balance sensitivity and Immune Lamb and Brown Rice a try...tried for 7 hours to order 4 cans of Natural Balance to see if Luxferre could tolerate the food slowly integrating it into his food...but never could get my order to go through and finally called Phoenix Arizona to Petsmart corporate only to be told that the entire system had crashed...and for 7 hours they kept giving me the runaround..then half-hearted sent me a $20.00 digital coupon....i lost it, yelling what good would a coupon do when I couldn't order my pomeranian food, and he was completely out of canned food...finally had to go on chewy.com and was forced to order a case at $53.00...Hopefully he'll be able tolerate the food...computer problems occur, but a day and half of being down only proves that they obviously don't know what they're doing...

Posted hours on the worldwide net say they close at 9p.m. I arrived at 8p.m. Doors locked. Told the lady at the door that the hours posted online said till 9p.m. Instead of explaning why she rudely pointed to a hand written sign that said they close at 8p.m. Her bad attitude was very disrespectful. I told her I'll start buying my supplies elsewhere. She said "fine go ahead"...and so I will. Corporate says changing their hours on the net has been an issue....not my problem and no excuse for the way I was treated. Goodbye Pets "Not So Smart".

Carson City NV Petsmart grooming, department, lacks, in grooming skills the lady that did the service wasn't very knowledgeable on how to shave there were patches in the fur also she wasn't able to shave the stomach or chest area I wasn't sure why to add her incompetent grooming she wasn't able to clip or file down the nails I was still charged for the full service on top of a $25 tip also my dog's ears were not cleaned. I'm not even sure she bathed my dog for groomers look miserable like they didn't want to be there. I would not recommend Carson's store. Who knows what goes on behind close doors ?
