So a new corporate policy has been placed. For the hard-working people that only have off Saturday and Sunday and wish to have their dogs groomed they are now surcharging you $5 for each dog,. And that surcharge does not go to the girls! I guess the CEO of the company isn't wealthy enough and it has to rely on services performed and then surcharge the clients on weekends of all things!!! Unfortunately myself I must work and my schedule is Monday through Friday I don't understand what the day surcharges all about. I am so furious that I'm ready to protest in front of the store.. Take your fur babies elsewhere that have some place that has common sense... Some place that relies on their clients to be happy!!!

Gave one star to give this review. Order pet food and I checked the tracking and it was due in 6 days but they had the wrong address. I called them and they said they would correct it to the right one. 3 days later I checked the tracking and it was still reading the wrong address so I called and the phone rep told me the first rep probably didnt save my info but she'd straighten everything out. I called back the next day to make sure everything was okay and was told by the rep that they can't change the destination. Now I'm effin pissed. I was told I'd have to call fedex and have the package intercepted and sent back to the sender. I hung up and did this then called petsmart back and they said they'll refund my payment. This will be the last time I ever order anything online from them. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.

I would give a zero as well if I could. I brought all three dogs to the hotel and they all came home sick. I was on a cruise and I told them to contact my son if there were any problems. They took all of them to the vet after hours. They notified my son concerning the first one and that was it. They took one dog twice. The bill was enormous. Luckily I can afford to pay it but what about others and why were they ALL sick. Someone else called when we were there and they also told them they had to go to the vet. Do they all go to the vet. This place is a racket. I feel horrible for leaving my dogs there and would never bring them again. I will let as many people know as I can not to take their dogs there. PetSmart does not care about their customers. I had a bad experience with both the customer service office and the head office. I even reached out to the Canada leadership team with no response. The customer service reps did not cancel my order as I had requested and they promised that someone would email or call me back to facilitate a return and refund because of an error they made with my last order. No one contacted me. They keep you on the phone for a very long time and they do not follow-up with you. You then have to call back and go over the entire issue again. They also increased the price of my dog food and did not inform me. Instead they just applied the new price (a 100% increase) to my order. The worst thing is is they don't care about you as a customer or pet owner. Multiple calls and emails to their head office goes unanswered.

This store abuses the animals. They give the cats small cages no hamster food. Dead fish. They should get fired.

Ole girl at the register instantly gave me tude when I got in line at the Brentwood, MO location on December 17, 2022 at approximately 12:05p! Short, boy haircut with glasses is the description of this chic! I heard her greet the people in front of me and thanked them! Now, the first thing they ALWAYS do is ask for your phone number; she did NOT! Just started ringing up my schit and did NOT greet me?! I asked her, "aren't you going to ask for my number?" Her response was I'll get to that! Just rude azfawk!!! It's bad enough that I get conflicting information about my fish from multiple different store associates, resulting in the loss of some of my fish!!!! Some have been helpful and kind, though! Get it together and I see why you have a low rating!!!

I went to buy 3 fish for the very first time and when we got there we bought a tank but we were told by the worker that the we shouldn't put the fish back in for a day to let the bacteria mix properly and to come back the next day, so we did. When we back to the store we bought 3 tetras and put them in (we did everything correctly, including setting the tank up) and found one was swimming weird. Then I woke up the next morning to see 3 dead fish. We had to take the dead fish back, and when we did a different worker said we should have let the bacteria mix for 2 weeks and that is what caused the fish to die. I am extremely upset with PetSmart and I will NEVER EVER go back here.

I would give zero Stars if I could their customer service is terrible they don't care about their customers. Their prices are extremely high too stick with chewy their prices are more reasonable and their customer service is awesome
