I had an appointment for my dog at cascade station in Oregon. As soon as I walked in I felt the bad vibe, the lady at the front desk name Maria checked my dog, and said she was very matted when she wasnt. She had a few mats on her legs. The hair dresser wanted the easy way out by shaving my dogs hair. I said no!! I had an appt so my dog can be bathe and dematted not to have her get shaved, but they kept insisting she needed to be seen by a hair dresser! they were mistreating a dog while I was there the dog was getting pushed and pulled by another hair dresser All the hair dressers are rude! DONT TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE THEY WILL MISTREAT YOUR DOGS ! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THEIR AWFUL!!

I have never been so disappointed in a groomer’s performance. There are no 2 hairs the same length. His paws were untouched and he looks like the work was done by a 5 year old. We even provided a picture as a guide. We even gave a large tip because you pay first and then you get your dog. We will never return.

I brought a bearded dragon in pet smart at Secaucus and it died 3 months later they sold me a sick animal don’t buy from them please stay away u will be broken hearted and I’m not the only one who had a experience be very careful

Just go elsewhere. Their autoship took over a week to get here after I placed the order and the product was in stock. Order from Chewy or Petco for auto delivery because this place isn't reliable on shipping speed/time.

I live in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where there are many Pet Smarts. I brought my dog to visit my son in San Antonio, and at the end of my visit , I wanted to give a bath to my shih tzu. I brought all her papers, signed and sealed by her veterinarian. The people at the store didn't give my dog the bath because the veterinarian certificate was in spanish. The Certificate was an original document, signed and sealed by the Doctor. How come they give puertorricans a good service in PR, but here in San Antonio we are treated like second or third class customers. I won't visit any more Persmart in Puerto Rico.

This is real and just happened: Petsmart switched my dog after grooming. I'm beginning this post with this headline to emphasize the story. I brought Sandy (an English Cream Golden Retriever) to Petsmart Bourne Rotary on Wednesday Dec 21 at 3:00 PM for a bath. I picked her up at 5:30 and began to notice different behavior. Overnight the behavior changes were so noticeable that I went back to Petsmart and asked if anything had happened that would cause a traumatic response. The same person who returned "my pet" to me the evening before assured me that she had no explanation for the behavior change and would check with the groomer and have her call me the next day, which turned out to be the big storm, Friday Dec 23. As the behavior changes continued to unfold, and no contact from Petsmart, I suspected that this was not our Sandy, returned to Petsmart Saturday morning and asked the supervisor on duty if there was any chance that there was another dog like Sandy in at the same time. After conferring with groomers who were working on the day in question, they confirmed that another dog, same breed, was in that day and picked up by it's family at 3:10 PM. I then brought the dog I had to a vet and had the chip scanned, which confirmed my suspicions. This was not Sandy. After checking the video, Petsmart contacted the other family, who by the way had made a vet appointment to deal with significant behavior changes with their pet. We met at Petsmart and returned the pets to their correct family. While the two dogs looked like twins, somehow a dog that had been at Petsmart for 10 minutes, was given to the wrong family and purported to have been bathed and groomed. Just thought you should know....
