this was the worst thing ever! I wanted a fish at 6:30 they closed at 7:00 and she refused to get the fish I live 30 minutes away for the lady to refuse my purchase.

I made an appointment to have my Yorkie groomed at 3 pm. I get a call earlier in the day asking if I can come earlier and I inform them no because I don't get off until 2 pm. I get to Pet Smart 20 minutes early for my 3 pm appointment and Jessica informs me that they can't groom my dog because her ears are matted. Seriously? I have been bringing my dog there and this has NEVER been an issue, NEVER!!! By the looks of things they overbooked their day and this was one less dog they had to do today. PetSmart I recommend you to no one! Your service is horrible and I will never bring my dog there again!!! NEVER!

February 4, 2023. I called PetSmart grooming on pine island road in Cape Coral about 10:30 this morning. I requested a dremal nail trim for my golden doodle. Yes, I am a returning customer. The young lady I spoke with asked if I would like a 3:00 or 3:30 appointment. I selected 3:00 pm. When I arrived at 2:45 there was a sign on the door that they were closed! I am very disappointed and a free $20 dremal trim was not going to lure me back!!! I’m so disappointed in this grooming location.

Pet Smart: do better. I ordered meds almost three weeks ago. One script is still processing, and the other one was canceled without notifying me?? Customer service said she did not know why they canceled it and could not give any estimate of arrival on the med that was still processing. Literally useless. This was my second attempt at getting medication delivered. The first time I set up auto-ship I waited 2+ weeks for the meds to arrive. I order 160+ tabs of each script. The order came with ONE SINGULAR tab of each script. After talking to 4 different customer service people I was finally told that when someone orders over 50 pills for an auto-ship it defaults it to one pill.... There was no mention of this anywhere. It I hadn't wasted so much time trying with PetSmart this would be comical. They are outlandishly unorganized and ineffective.

This is the worst website and online experience I have ever dealt with. Not only can I rarely log in, but my order completely disappeared after placing it. It wouldn’t let me use any of my credit cards (trust me, the cards are NOT the problem), so I had to use PayPal. However, their communication with PayPal is clearly nonexistent, because I was charged, but my order disappeared. I called the store and they had no record of it. It wasn’t even in my order history. This should be a fun use of, what little time, I have trying to get this resolved. Be careful when purchasing online. Keep records of your payment.

PetSmart is absolutely hands down the worst pet place in existence I went to buy an animal band. The talked me out of buying said animal even though I had purchased all supplies and living requirements for this animal to take care of it and they talked me down

The last two orders were short-shipped and the only reason why I ordered was because the products that were out of stock were on sale. So I was forced to buy products I did not need, but needed to reach a $ limit. In addition, one of the orders, everything was strewn all over, one package of cat treats broken open and all over the place in the box and half the cans were severely dented. Still waiting for a refund or something?????

Every Top Fin Item I have purchased has had problems. I've had to return disintegrated air stones, the magnetic tank cleaner is mostly unuseable--very low magnetic pull, and one out of two fish I purchase dies. Try to find a local pet store--avoid corporate stores that don't have quality products or quality adoptable animal companions.
