Took my dog there (16-17 years old to get groomed). Without making contact (they tried to call me, I called them back within minutes and they had already took my dog), they took my dog to a vet for a very issue that I told them when I dropped them off. They were unprofessional, refused to give me my dog back, and would not follow my wishes with regards to my dog. I understand being more safe than sorry - but the vet indicated the dog was ok and the general rudeness and unprofessionalism on the staff's part was disgusting. Then the refusal to heed to the owner's wishes was immature. Stay far far away from here until new staff comes in).

My name is Patricia, I feel disappointed by the comment that one of the employees of Petsmart from Grooming 5941 East San Houston made me, I always go to have my dog's nails cut and today she told me that they are not going to cut them anymore because she gets stressed when they cut them and I think that she is inactive like many because if they offer this type of service it is because they expect them to come from different races and behaviors, my dog ​​is restless because that's how they are from her race, so I feel a little angry and I am no longer going to buy food, toys and more in this place. I bought NextStar flea medicine for my cat Blair. It was RECOMMENDED by the staff of PetSmart. This HORRIBLE product has almost killed my cat! She has had a month of horror. Lost fur, bleeding, drooling, she is miserable. To the vet today and if I lose my cat to this.. I will never shut up about the dangers!!

Apparently their price match is only with their "competitors"???? We found out Peavey Mart has Nutrience $10 cheaper for 10 kg bag. My husband told the cashier, she wanted to see the flyer and the date.....it is Peavey Mart's everyday price so he could not show her. So we called head office, the girl put on long hold to speak to mgmt and we were told they don't consider Peavey Mart a competitor so won't so the price match. RIDICULOUS. LOST A CUSTOMER

Me and my son came to shop and asked a question about some birds the young lady was working there was rude she told us to call humane society so I said what she didn't go get someone who worked with birds so I said forget it so I asked her about fish cause she was working in the fish department I asked her about some small fish for a one gallon tank she told me only thing can go in a one gallon tank Is a snails and a breeding tank that's what go in a one gallon tank I felt discriminated against being a customer so not causing any problems I left that store I'm letting you know I will never go there again the store is on 7727 E Broadway Blvd it happened around 1:30pm didn't see a name tag just remember I'm a customer and I pay my money like everyone else and not being discriminated against thank you have a good day

First they put a red leash on the dog and every time the dog poles away it chokes them and they complained about how they couldn't do anything to the dog because he kept on jumping around and then they said that they couldn't really cut his nails and they couldn't even cut the hair on his stomach because how bad he was being and then they charge us $85 and they didn't even do the entire job do not go there it is not good for your dog our dog came out shaking it's a good store to stop at just don't get your dogs haircut there

If I could write negative zeroe I would, that grooming part only, rest store is good, few days ago I went in there without my dog and explained to them my dog was abused by men until I got him and started taking him to Pace vet clinic, that being said, my dog don’t like males,he good with females, but I went in there had e everything ready and they was pretending to like him and something wasn’t right you could tell they was faking the laugh, then they said he came through the door with a musske we can’t see him, and I got told to but they was scared of him,why someone want to be a dog groomer if they scared of a dog, he a Pitt staying right under my leg I got him tight and scared of him , should have stayed i with petco but I moved , but that was wrong and I was lied to ,and if they can lie like they did imagine what they do wignbjj

Horrible experience they keep canceling on my bichon frise 15 minutes prior her appointment twice this month with excuses in the Chicopee store soooo disappointing
