Thank you, Barb!!! Barb is a company exec and contacted me personally!!! She helped me and has kept me as a loyal customer. The service at the store is always the best, this issue was with a Fish Tank product and Barb handled it with aces!!!

I want to give a big THANk YOU to Anna Parra ( groomer and salon leader at 10625 n Oracle store). She did an amazing job on my Pomeranian who was matted and should have been shaved down. She listened to my concerns and was willing to do the extra work to de matt him all while treating him very gentle. He is happy and beautiful thanks to Anna ! Thank you Anna !!! My reviews are the Poughkeepsie store. I've taken my one Shih Tzu to several training levels since she was a puppy. She has exelled in her trainings due to the excellent trainer, Larel. I have been taking booth my Shih Tzu's to Sammie the groomer for years. Excellent groomer.

Our pet ran out of Rx food twice because their staff did not look at the prescription on file and authorize the auto shipment ;( After several calls I reached LaShondra in customer service - thank God for her - she helped me. Thank you, thank you, thank you LaShondra for caring. It really meant a great deal to me to reach someone who would fix the issue.

Hidi always takes care of my two girls and they love her she's the only one I trust with my girls she deserves 20 stars for taking good care of my girls

I had a recent experience with madyson at a Petsmart in Green Bay Wisconsin on the East side. She was grooming my cat and noticed she had a distended belly. Unfortunately I had not noticed this due to her long hair. She called me immediately and recommended I call my vet. The vet did see her later in the day and found a large tumor that was cancerous. I had to put my baby to sleep, but I saved her from needless suffering. Madyson called me several times that day to check on what the vet said, and was an absolute Angel offering her condolences. The extra attention she took with my baby "cookie" was absolutely wonderful and my gratitude toward her is immeasurable. Please consider their/her services. I can't say enough how much I appreciated the love and concern they showed to me and my fur baby. Sue

I was at PetSmart located at 9065 Airport Rd, Brampton, ON L6S 0B8 for grooming my dog by Robyn. She did great as always and my dog loves her.
