I recently stopped to purchase a goldfish. I have a twenty gallon tank and was going to keep it in there until it was big enough for my daughter’s koi pond. The girl I asked to help me refused to sell me the fish because I didn’t have a 70 gallon tank. This was a one inch, 19 cent feeder fish that was going to be temporarily housed in a twenty gallon tank. It was ridiculous. I went down the road to Pet Supply Plus and got one. No questions asked. I don’t know who hires these fish Nazi’s, but it’s got to be bad for business.

All the animals here are so sad, half of them look like they're about to die, the cages are tiny and dirty, the food is not nutritional and all they're giving is the BARE minimum of surviving. Honestly it really disappoints me that I have to even give a star, but I bet you a 10 year old kid could care even more than this place, they throw out live animals and barely care for them, it hurts me that these animals are getting hurt and I'd like to put a stop to this "pet" store.

If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I would. I have used the grooming service at the Lee's Summit, MO Petsmart for years, but since one groomer moved and went to another store my dog has been terrified to go there for grooming. today we were told she should "seek a private groomer" as she was too afraid for them to trim her nails. I will never recommend Petsmart for any pet service again.

Wish I could give negative stars. Constant tech issues when trying to place online orders. Monkeys high on meth could code a better website.

My first time, having my dogs groomed at PS. My small 8 pound dog ,is high strung!! I told them this and Chantel, the boss, put Ben, with a inexperinced groomer! She could not handle him, so he was given to a more experienced person! He is a handful, I understand this, but you have to have people, doing the job that can handle ,these, kinds of dogs! When, I went to pick, them up ,they told me they would not take him back, 6 years old and had never been to any other groomer! Chantel, should have dealt with me as she was the boss! She ignored me, until I called her out on it! I will not do any business with your store due to the attitude of Chantel! I should have checked, your site, before, I took my dogs there as 81 %,were not happy with your dog grooming

Called to book an appointment at the. Barrie north store. Girl identified herself as a groomer said she would check and never returned to the phone. Called back twice I was transferred to the grooming dept and no one answered. Pathetic service. Won’t go back there to buy anything either. Bigger isn’t necessarily better.

Took my Chihuahua in for her nails, I was refused because she came in wearing a muzzle. The employee said it would have been fine if she wasn't wearing it when she came in and they put it on, I just put it on her before entering the store...a 20 minute drive for nothing... absolutely ridiculous!!!!! 🤬

Ordered some meds for my cat only to have the order cancelled on the delivery date. They issued me a refund for the item after days of waiting but keep the delivery tip so they didn’t fully refund me everything I paid. Don’t waste your time. Petco had my order same day no problems and didn’t take my tip money for themselves
