Went to the PetSmart grooming in Traverse city and I took our puppy there he's a big puppy but we'll behaved for the most part, I was there when she cut my dog's nails and I even heard him cry while she was cutting I asked her if she him and she didn't respond back and ignored me, as I sit here now looking at his nails they are all so short you can see his skin kinda like when is humans cut our nails too short on accident and you get the skin, well that hurts I know that, so imagine how he feels with most of his nails so short with all the skin showing that's gotta be hurtful, those people need to pay attention to what the **** there doing, there animals and deserved to be treated with respect, anyways I am not going back gonna just do it myself

I placed an online order on May 10th prior to the store being open for the day. All items were in stock. By 1 pm I still had not gotten confirmation of my order. When I called they stated that the system was updating and nothing would be ready until the next day. Late in the evening I got the confirmation email stating they had received and were fetching my order. By 10 am the next day it still wasn't ready. I phoned the store and even though I had the confirmation email and number my order wasn't in their system and I was advised to call the customer care number. When I did I was placed on hold after being hung up on the first time. When the rep came back she said she had called the store and the reason my order wasn't showing is because they are out of the items. However, a quick check showed they had plenty in stock, so her response was a lie. I asked for a full and immediate refund. She said up to a week and when I questioned why they took my money when items weren't there she had no response. When I stated that I wouldn't be a returning customer, she hung up on me.

I am only giving ONE STAR cause I can't give NEGATIVE FIVE. PETSMART has let my dogs go hungry for 14 days!!! I ordered a very expensive bag of food for them. Delivery was supposed to be in 3-6 days. After 7 days and a missed delivery date, they updated delivery to day 13, then the next day, they updated it to 14 days!!! When I called to complain and cancel, they couldn't cancel due to "once it's in FedEx's hands, we cannot cancel..." She tried to give me a coupon for $25.00, to use in store, but I ORDERED ONLINE CAUSE THE CLOSEST STORE IS 2.5 HOURS AWAY. This is DISGUSTING. OF COURSE, IM FEEDING THEM, BUT IT IS CRAPPY PEDIGREE which agitates their stomachs. Don't bother using PetSmart. They really do not care about your animals or customer service. She tried to blame it on updating computers May 9 and 10, but I ordered on THE THIRD, with delivery PROMISED BETWEEN 3-6 DAYS. WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ON THE 9TH. I am so disappointed in this service and I would not recommend it to anyone.

So we decided to take my 2 shih Szu for a groom. I asked for full groom and make sure ears are done. I first told her what we needed and she said ok..Well 1st off the heavy set man was a rude🤬 Second he did a ugly job on my babies. 3rd nails and ears are separate..So that did not get done..We will NEVER TAKE THEM BACK THATS FOR SURE. Worst grooming of my cavachon ever. Shaved the whole body super short no hair left you can she her skin . Shaved half of her tail and didnt even trim the rest of tail hair didn’t do anything I asked to her to do on head ears or face . It’s as she didn’t touch her whole head you can see the shave line under her chin. Looks horrible pretty sure even the dog is embarrassed of her 114 dollar shave of her body. Never to return .

My husband purchased a blow up dog collar. When he brought it home, it was found to be defective. A couple hours later I took it back with the receipt in hand. They refused to give me a refund because I didn’t have my husband’s card with me and would only give me store credit. I didn’t want store credit because I had been in just a few days before and the product I wanted was out of stock. They also had no replacement collar for the defective one. Needless to say I will never go back to this store again. Their customer service is awful.

i asked if they would not shave off all of the dogs hair he is ayorksire terrier said he has mats which he didnt maybe a slight few they would not justwash and cut hair all they want to do is shave the hair it is easier for them i never had this done any place really upset that they argued with me when someone 2 months ago did the job as i asked 05

This is not 1st time,before couple months also they shaved very badly under my puppy's private part. This time booked with specialist, worst haircut. My puppy is teddy toypoodle .she shaved the face hair and last time they trimed the ears hair fully. They don't know how to deal with varity of dogs .They think,Just shaving hair is hair cut😡 I will not go back @ Chatham petsmart grooming . Date 6th may 2023 @8am apt.
