Petsmart throws away live fish that aren’t sold!! BOYCOTT PetSmart!!!

Website checkout experience is terrible. Cannot even complete a transaction. I will continue to use Chewy since they have it figure out.

Caught by several people throwing away live fish and crabs! This company should be ashamed of their animal cruelty.

PetSmart throws live animals in the trash....people should boycott them just like Bud Light.... I will never shop there.

So bad experience. Drop my dog 9am, after 12:30 I went there pick up my pet, they still did not do haircut yet, only take a shower for my pet. Then I waiting about another one hour to pick my dog. About 1:40pm. They told me must pay front desk first, so I back to entrance door to paid cash to front desk( at entrance door). But when I pick up my dog . They only did trim, hair still very longer, I think maybe do next time. But they called me second day ask me about them services good or… I told them everything was good only hair little bit longer . so they told me I can back to cut, but when I back, they told me I did not paid for the hair cut. But I really paid I give the paper to the barber, so I can pick up my dog. So bad so sad about this experience. That location is present Ave. Saskatoon. I will never go this shop again.

Ordered everything I would need to set up my 55 gallon aquarium. Moving 4hours away. Needed new tank set up and stable at new location before bringing fish. They delivered all but the 699.00 tank.called,vender order,can't be canceled, have to wait, 5/13 petsmart informed me tank on backorder, order canceled. Asked for sale price 20,% off another tank,purchased with 20%off. Have received no email with offer, back to square one, now have to figure out how to get new tank by next week to set up. Out Jun 1 hopefully, don't count on petsmart for good prices, honoring sale price.

If I could leave a 0, I would. Took our Maltese there for hair cuts twice, both times the person told us they did the best they could because our dog moves around too much. The cut was uneven and crap. Finally told my wife to try somewhere else and he came back with a beautiful cut. So much for "its our dogs fault". Pet Smart is the worst pet store ever, I even complained once to their corporate staff, what a waste of time and the jerk lady that responded was a complete idiot. Ended her response with "woof". What an immature jerk.

I want to do less than one star for the GROOMING Service Dept. in Trexlertown location, but too bad is not an option. This is the second time they refused to work on my Wheaten Terrier. The first time, a while ago, was because my dog had a few knots in her fur and groomer said it’s against Pet-smart Safety Policy and “they don’t want to hurt my dog”. But the next day I tried the Whitehall location and they were perfectly capable and groomer there did a great job with my dog. Today, (May 2023) I brought my dog back to Trexlertown store again due to location and availability and I get there to waste my time again. This time I got, “your dog is too old, too skinny, too fragile”. Well, it seems to me that the Trexlertown Location hires incompetent groomers that don’t know how to handle various situations or all dog breeds. They pick and choose what they want to do or not to do. My last mistake and will not be going back to this location or even give this store my business in any possible way. Lazy and incompetent groomers not to be trusted with your pups.
