Website needs fixed pronto this is not about any specific location, but I am consistently having problems with the PetSmart website and mobile app. I know I can just go into the store, but having my pet's food ready on days where I am already busy is very convenient for me. But for months now, I've had to spend the time curating my order through the app, then it crashes, I wait, I try another device, it still crashes, sometimes it comes back after hours of waiting, and if it doesn't I have to go into the store and all of that time has been wasted. Please fix the bugs in your app and website PetSmart!

Think twice before you go to this PetSmart location and get your dog groomed to have a bad experience with the manager name Victoria. First off I booked an appointment for Friday because I was taking my dog to the blueberry Jubilee in Poplarville to be in a dog show. I made the appointment with Angie it's one of the groomers listed on the website. I received the call confirming the appointment and they said I needed to get the vaccination papers in 48 hours prior to the appointment. Whenever came into the groomer salon Victoria talk me out of going with the selected appointment which was Angie called her an old woman and she did not know how to cut a dog's hair to my satisfaction. She said I will squeeze you in today at 1:30 to bring your pet in and I will work on him so he can be ready for the pet show I know how the groom schnauzers. When I arrived at 1:30 I did meet Angie and she said could I help you and I said I need to speak to Victoria so I can bring Elijah in for grooming this afternoon. Victoria had a total change in her attitude toward me said I'm not going to be able to groom your pet because he is grossly matted. I asked her where she see mad on the dog and she picked one little small mat or a tangle on these right leg and said she would have to shave him down to a point that he would look like a chihuahua just because she found one tangle in his right leg. And I told her I was not having my dog shaved down all over including his beard which had no man in it I have posted a picture of my pet for you to see what he looks like. She simply did not want to groom my pet for whatever reason.. for one it's very unprofessional for her to talk to a customer the way she did today. I hope this is helpful for anyone that brings their dog into this location to get their pet groomed I've heard they cut pets' ears to a point where there were bleeding. I was so upset that I took my dog to the veterinarian and ask them for their opinion and they said that that girl should be not working there because my pet did not have any mats on it other than a few Tangles and they were not considered a Matt. Truly 0 stars. Made an online order that I never received because FedEx received an empty box from PetSmart. They automatically started to "refund" me my money without contacting me or giving me the option of a reshipment. I have never received my refund or order after an entire month and multiple contacts with them. I already bought these items else where and will refuse to buy anything from their company ever again after this.

I was at the rio grande store today sign clearly said sale 4.97 reg. 9.97 it rang up the $9.97 all the same toys were on the rack and worker said its not the toy it was all the same toys . And would not give it for the 4.97. I go in all the time year round . I don't think it would break pet smart for making the customer . happy.

I went into this store excited to shop for my pets. I was greeted well initially and the floor persons were helpful and pleasant. Where the problem began is at the cash register, I was purchasing about $500 worth of merchandise I was given a coupon for $10 for the flea medicine and $5 some food. First thing I felt bad for the young man at the register he tried to get his manager to get the medicine from behind a locked door she seemed irritated and had a bad attitude, then there was a problem with the coupons not going thru and she couldn't seem to override them, instead of engaging with me her attitude got worse. I had been at the counter now for 10 minutes waiting for medicine then a bad attitude and her not being able to perform a simple ring or re-ring-up of the merchandise. It was a terrible experience. I finally left leaving the $500 worth of stuff, as I left the manager person with a smart ass attitude says to me in a nasty tone have a nice day with other things being said under her breath. I won't go back ever. I went to Petco and was treated with respect and helpfulness.
