I took my wild 9 month old Labradoodle for her first grooming last week @ PetSmart in Helena, Montana. Her groomer was Sam. She did an amazing job with Pippi and the team was super friendly, informative and supportive. Thank you for making Pippi's grooming session a positive experience.

I took my dog Prince in for grooming at Petsmart on Ohlen & Research in Austin on 2:25/24. Prince is a Bedlington Terrior which requires a very specific cut. The groomer, Sheila, did a fantastic job even though she had never groomed this breed before. Thank you Sheila for a job well done!!

I took our 2 Dogs which are pit bulls today Shawnee Oklahoma Pet Smart 02/10/2024 Nola an Cooper for baths today Cooper was first now he weighs 90lbs.I dropped him off at 8 an picked him up at 10 to drop Nola off for hers and Cooper looked Great! an was happy! So That tells me somthing right there because if you have Pit Bulls you know there very emotional. An when I came back to get Nola they said she wag her tail the whole time while taking a bath! I think they did a Fantastic job with our to puppies Thanks Shawnee Oklahoma Pet Smart! I be back again! Joe n Dawn

On Black Friday I was on Petsmart.com trying to buy items using Black Friday discounts. Fairly soon I was denied access to the site and couldn’t continue till I called customer service. The young lady that spoke to me and helped me solve my issues was so wonderful! She was patient and friendly and very knowledgeable about what might have caused the snafu. She walked me through the process and we successfully got back on site. Kudos to this rep and many thanks for a good experience. I didn’t get her name but she’ll know me .
