Had a appointment on Saturday July 1 went in no one was friendly atmosphere no one greeted everyone was kinda eyeing each other, had my grand baby with me he was just talking to the staff no one even looked up at the kid smh sad place. On top of all this after Levine my dog there for like an hour and a half Fran call and said she couldn’t cut him, I was like what! She didn’t even attempt to cut him at all, I told her when you get around his face he don’t like it, she never attempted to cut him, She’s rude no smiles throughout the conversation with her. I’ve never taken my dog to any pet smart location before where they didn’t cut my dogs hair. Plus the hour drive there didn’t my this trip any easier. I took my dog for grooming they said my dog is aggressive when mydog is not then the groomers all started saying to bring my dog to another place to get groom and not to bring him back l am happy l got a refund but the people in the pelham manor PetSmart are very unprofessional workers l had Gina come to my face and tell me never to comeback to thisstore again l call the main office and reported her they are not pet lovers in this grooming salon they are the worst groomer l have ever seen they new groomers in this store l will never recommend this place to nobody

I called today to make an appt for my 2 small dogs-they have been groomed there in the past when i lived in kingsport tn-but i move 45 minutes away-so they havnt been there for over a yr, I called on my way home from work and the girl devan I spoke with was pleasant-she said can i put you on hold i said sure? she came back on about 4 mins i waited to tell me she couldnt book for me? i said why? she proceeded to tell me the notes in my file were complaints of me not satisfied of the last grooming they did , I was rude etc, I tried ti talk over her to tell her that is rediculous, the notes are not about me, they must have me mistaken for someone other customer? she said we cant provide you grooming service? now i hung up , pulled over on the road and was trying to make sense of itLOL i never in my life was ever rude to anyone in that store, my dogs were always done right, I dont even know what to say, she wouldnt listen to me when i tried to tell her you have the wrong customer in those notes. I tried calling corporate to no success, and also tried to email them . no response, now i am a fair person, but this is so Bizzare to me. so needless to say i wont be using them for grooming or any other needs i have . this store is in kingsport TN.

Horrible unprofessional groomer in st augustine fl 32086. Came back to pick up dog after 4 hours only to be told I needed to come back in another two hours. Alaska only gave her a botched cut using 10 blade, I requested 4 blade. She lied about leaving 2 voicemails telling me my dog was difficult? First time I ever heard that. Nothing done in the four hours except horrible cut and shampoo.. no nails, ears, any of the other services ordered. Really seriously disappointed!!!!!!!!

I am sick and tired of your website not allowing me to use auto ship. I’ve been trying for the last 2 days and every single time it has a problem with my payment. There is nothing wrong with my payment. Fix your issues online. So, you lose a sale plus auto ship. I am being forced now to use Petco.

I am disappointed with my experience with PetSmart. After my dog's bath at PetSmart, I was horrified to find my dog lethargic and his eye swollen. Despite weeks of seeking resolution and promises from PetSmart, we could not find a compromise in having access to view the bath footage and PetSmart failed to cover the veterinary expenses which included a CT scan and an emergency surgery, contrary to their initial assurances. Additionally, my request for a reasonable refund for the remaining baths I had purchased was denied. I am writing this to kindly warn other pet owners about the potential risks associated with PetSmart grooming. By sharing this unfortunate experience, my hope is that other pet owners will be informed and empowered to make well-informed decisions regarding their pets' grooming needs. Our furry friends deserve nothing less than the best care, and it is our responsibility to advocate for their well-being.

In store Pet Smart is excellent. Helpful, friendly staff, good sales and friendly, helpful staff. BUT!! I don't drive, and so have been forced to order my newly adopted pup online. I've had issues of different types 90% of the time. The 1st time the order somehow never went through to the store, and I was left waiting for dog food that wasnt coming...TWICE their site glitched out, and it was impossible to order anything except via a lengthy convo with their 'help' line.. This time,the site stated same day delivery, but apparently (I had to call to discover this) the dog food that I'd ordered wasn't available in my city. Instead of letting me know that they'd be shipping in from another city and that it would take an additional 3 days, they just sent it out anyway. Customer service are impatient, unsymathetic and unacommodating.I was informed by managment that it was my fault for not ordering the door dash option. They refused to do anything whatsoever to compensate the fact that I'd have to buy an additional bag while I wait for theirs to arrive. I told said manager that I'd never use PetSmart again, and he couldn't have cared less. Its pointless complaining about anything, and apparently customer loyalty means nothing to their giant corporation.
