The first complaint they booked me I. Louisville ky then I book one for a 200 app missed the grace period by four minutes and said I had to rebook so she will be sitting around doing nothing until next appointment instead of grooming my dog that is just lazy and unprofessional next time I will find another groomer and what so bad is I brought my other big the for 8 years and it was great service now I am very disappointed

Bad customer service asked a simple question and told to look on internet with a grooping voice and hung up

Customer service seems to say there has been a recent change in ordering process for pharmacy items, but they haven't explained that to anyone who needs to know. The customer now has to send a prescription to PetSmart to get heartworm medicine (whereas, in the past, PetSmart would contact the vet)... although, from speaking to a customer service supervisor just now, it's still not really clear to either of us whether the process has changed or something else is amiss. My current order has been "processing" for 10 days now, but the pharmacy can't find it. Maybe that's the actual problem, not a change in the way things are done. Only 6 months ago, I ordered the same thing, providing the veterinarian's contact info, and it was all done automatically. Now they have to investigate, and it's doubtful that it will arrive in time, which is still 4 days away. Can it be expedited? The answer seems to be no.

This review is regarding a shipment order for Capstar. I was informed at the time of ordering that this medicine would be shipped within 2-6 days. On the 6th day, I contacted PetSmart to find out why it was still in processing status. I was informed by the customer care associate that it would be shipped within 24-48 hours. After that 48 hours, still not shipped, I called again. In short, I contacted PetSmart no less than 4 times regarding this order with the same response from everyone I spoke with, which was no clarification or help regarding this situation. I have been a customer with PetSmart for several years and this is the first time I have every had a complaint about customer service. Were they nice? Sure. Did they seem to care about the pets who were in misery at this time? I didn't get that feeling. In the end, the last phone call took almost an hour with no answer other than to let me know it was sent to review to determine why it was still in processing. That is no answer, just an evasion.

This review is for the grooming department. This store in Vallejo has only been open I think for a few days or weeks. I made an appointment for my new puppy. He is 12 weeks. I informed an employee named Rachel how old the puppy is and he is not completely vaccinated because he is too young. She told me it was no problem. I walked into the store and arrived at the grooming section. The employees could clearly see me standing at the counter, at least 4 of them. They just stared at me through the glass for a few minutes. Finally an employee im assuming is Rachel (she never introduced herself to me) the entire time I was talking to her came up to the counter. she made it clear to me with her attitude that I was bothering her. Her attitude was just unbelievable. I told her that my 7 pound puppy cannot walk on the floor here. Can she carry him to the back. She said no. Nothing else but no. I then told her to take the big leash off my puppy and that we are leaving. I’m sorry but if this person is this rude with me, I can’t imagine her grooming my puppy. It’s no wonder this store had so many lawsuits for malpractice. Don’t take your animal here.

Omg. We have been going to petsmart in Columbia for grooming for years. We recently had some serious emergency surgeries and missed out appt for our dog. Prior, to be fair, there was a tech issue with appts dates. However after we called back once things quieted down, we went online to try to rebook and it said we had to call. Talked to three different people. Finally last person, the manager I believe, said “do you want the appointment or not?”

Went to petsmart on west Saginaw in grand ledge was treated horrible and told I an irresponsible pet owner after making an appointment had the records for rabies vaccine and was to they were expired then told very rudely that I was irresponsible and that they wouldn't groom my dogs!!I will never go there again especially when I normally pay $100.00 per dog!!,the lady needs to be fired!!!
