PetSmart didn't send the dog food I ordered. My order was based on an actual photo of the can of dog food on their website. The food they sent is in a completely different can. I am still trying to get them to send me a return label so I can supposedly get a refund. Not worth the hassle to order from PetSmart.

Petsmart 369 Tarrytown Road Greenburgh, NY 10607 I am very upset and disappointed with the service received at Petsmart by the 2 groomers @ the grooming salon there. I will start with Grace. First able if you love your dog and want them to look good, I don't think Grace is the person you need. Not sure if Petsmart is the place that you need. If they do no have people with the experience of grooming they should have a grooming salon. We love our dogs like our kids. You want them to look good. Shame of them. I brought my miniature Poodle; his name is Toby. I asked him for a Teddy bear style haircut and showed her photos of how I wanted it. And she gave him a horrendous haircut. She left his face like a dinosaur. I wanted to cry when I saw it. The body hair cut is very short. Nothing look like the picture I show her. Haircut is totally horrendous he looks so ugly . I don't understand how this girl can work there. I called the corporation and make a complaint and I will also report it to the credit card to dispute the charges. Unfortunately there is no money that can help my dog at this time. Well, all his hair was totally damaged. And I took my other dog Nailah for a full hair, bath, and nail cut. And Jillian, after having it for 3 hours with the dog , When I went to get her, says that she was only able to cut the ends since it was her first Haircut. She claimed she trim her hair, But doesn't look like she did anything. Beside a bath. I ended up paying $74.00 for her give a bath to my dog and trim her face a little bit. But thank God nothing compared to Gracer's bad work. I never plan to take my dogs there again. Between Naila's bath/ trim and the cost of $91.00 pay to grace to damage his hair I just throw out $165.00. Now way for corporate resolution and Amex credit card with the resolution of disputing the charges. Open your eyes and search good when you want to take your dogs for grooming. Again Grace work I rate minus -0 This girl need intensive grooming training. And Jillian need to learn to communicate better with customer and let them decide if they can proceed or not.

I took my dog to petsmart in San Diego California to get groomed and they incompetent and not even 5 minutes they didn’t finish the job all they did was wash him and If you care at all about your dog I recommend you don’t take your dog to petsmart to get groom because they are unprofessional and they look for any reason not to groom your dog

I ordered two 30# Royal Canin German Shepherd dog foods (puppy and adult). Royal Canin dogfood always comes in an air tight bag (solid like a brick). One of the bags came damaged. I called PetSmart and was told the only way I could get a refund or new bag was to bring it into the store or ship the 30# bag back to them (as if they could resell a damaged bag to some other person). After demanding to speak to a Manager, the Manager agreed to give me a "one time courtesy" replacement bag. Seriously?! At $119.99 per bag, giving me a bag of uncontaminated food is not a courtesy, it should be a requirement. I shouldn't have to be twice inconvenienced by having to carry a 30# bag to a local store. Poor customer service! No wonder people move over to Chewy for better service and products.

I took my dog to the Petsmart on Chippewa St. in St. Louis, Mo. today. All she needed was to be trimmed up and to have her nails cut. They charged me for a full haircut, they did not trim her paws, her face was not trimmed up, there were stray hairs on her face and chin that should have been cut off. Her nails were barely trimmed. In general she looked pretty much the same as when I brought her in. It was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Purchased 6 - $100.00 e-gift directly from petsmart at the beginning of year in 2023. Petsmart was running a special promotion ..purchase $100 e-gift card for $90.00. When I attempted to use one e-gift card, the balance was Zero or invalid. Hmmm. ALL six gift cards had a zero balance and were invalid. What are the odds of that? Maybe I used the e-gift cards and forgot to delete them. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the reason. Contacted PetSmart customer service and spoke with a supervisor. The reason why ALL six $100.00 e-gift cards were invalid with a Zero balance is because they had been used online by 6 different people located in six different states. I was informed by the supervisor that One person purchased Fish supplies and the exact same items were purchased with two of the e-gift cards. The supervisor provided me with the dates that these gift cards had been used. I purchased the e-gift cards on May 10th and 11th. The e-gift cards had been used in March 2023, April 2023 … I’m thinking that this must be a joke that this supervisor is pulling on me, so I tested him & gave the him the numbers to an e-gift card from Sam’s Club that I had already used. He pulled up the information and told me this $25.00 e-gift card had been used by me and provided me with the correct physical address linked to the e-gift card. The supervisor needed proof, an email from petsmart, that they were the ones who issued duplicate e- gift cards and that it wasn’t a third party. The only proof that I have is their logo on ALL 6 e-gift cards. Unfortunately, emails that I have deleted are expunged after 30 days. I asked if there was someone, a corporate office, that I can contact, email? Nope. I was informed that the buck stops with the supervisor who I spoke to over the phone.
