In regards to Buffalo NY, Elmwood Ave. The upper management of this store is very dismissive of their own policies. Such as giving raises in a timely manner, not paying newly hired cashiers more then employees employed for over a year at this store, highly critical of employees need to have to take personal days due to family crisis. Rather be of any assistance they punish the employee by taking away work hours or they are made to feel guilty. Be Aware of what kind of job you are getting yourself into, here!

Sold me a cage online didn’t. Deliver it lied told me that my transaction being investigated even though I bought through PayPal multiple lies told and then said the cage wasn’t. Available and to top off the low level of treatment they didn’t. Refund my money trash I never deal with them again lowlifes

We take our standard puddle he is so peaceful and trained dog for a full grooming as always we explain what we want, the cleanest and the presentation for the groomer was the worse and then they call me To pick him up and said you have to found another place for your dog because you have to give pills to him before you bring him here because he stress other dogs …. I believe all the groomers over there in Attleboro doesn’t like when we explain what we want and they don’t do the job we ask

Yesterday I had an appointment at Petsmart on Narcoossee Rd with Kae C for a full grooming session for my 8-month-old goldendoodle. I have to say that Kae is the worst groomer I have ever dealt with. My wife and I spent 10 minutes or so explaining what we wanted and stressing to her what we absolutely did not want. Left our dog for 4 hours and came back and she just shaved the dog. Did not clean ears, facial hair (what's left of hair) was cut uneven, his skin around private parts were lacerated, nails were cut so horribly uneven. Wow! I would fire her in a heartbeat if she worked for me. Do not use her as you will regret it!! Horrible service from her, we have had other good experiences there with other groomer. She is the opposite of a great groomer. Beware of Kea C!!!

My border collie had some mats on his haunches the groomer shaved him up on one side. Uneven left long hairs feet trimmed uneven ,ears weren’t trimmed and he still smelled doggy like he did when I took him in. Supposedly they were giving him a treatment for dry skin. No change. 90.00 and he was awful. The groomer wouldn’t even bring him out herself. I’ll never go back

Have your order delivered at your own risk says Petsmart. They use Fedex and will take no responsibility for orders incorrectly delivered. I am out $173.00 and am done with Petsmart.

The PetSmart grooming services in Fredericksburg, Virginia, does not know how to trim or handle Goldendoodle fur. We took my pup there, Maggie, and asked for a bath and a trim. We told them specifically NOT to shave her, we just wanted her gorgeous fur trimmed and fluffed out so she looks clean, pretty, and soft. Fast forward to barely any time later, and they're repeatedly calling and telling us to pick her up. When we got there, they had shaved off my poor Goldendoodle's fur, but left her head fluffy, giving the illusion that she has a giant head in comparison to her body. Not only that, but they didn't even do a good job on the shave. She still had random long hairs hanging down in random spots (very uneven "shave"), and a long streak of fur on her belly. They claimed that was "all they could do" because she was too "hard to handle." We have taken her to other groomers in the area, when she was younger, and they never had an issue. Now, if they were having issues from the start and felt as though they couldn't give her the trim we had asked for, the RIGHT thing for them to do would have been to call us before any clippers or shears even got close to her. We would have picked her up and taken her somewhere else that actually knows what they're doing. Now, my dog has a tiny body and a giant head for my daughter's 16th birthday party this weekend. Thanks a lot, PetSmart! If your groomer can't trim up a Goldendoodle, then hire better and more professionally trained people.

This company will cancel your order if you don't live within 15 minutes of the Petsmart you are picking up from, and not help you resolve. Just lets you sit there and stay mad. horrible customer service. I do want to add, btw, when you actually go to the store, the employees are stellar awesome! 10/10 on employee instore customer service. Online 0/10 because they cancelled my order, and told me to get a hold of my bank, and said they could request a special inquiry, and all this other BS. Never again, online. They are horrible!
