2nd time last week I've placed an order for delivery, in 6 years, and for the 2nd time, like the first, the courier has left over 120lbs of contents in my building Lobby. 1st time I was in debilitating chronic pain and in tears bringing it to my apartment. I believe it was Purolator. Last week, was my 2nd attempt at a delivery from Petsmart, a FEDEX Courier left 4 huge boxes, weight around 120lbs, in Lobby. If I wanted to carry it up from my Lobby, I would have gone to the store myself and brought it up from my car. I'm a 58 year old woman with serious disabilities; spine, knees, shoulders, hands, feet. I'm fed up of the incompetence. Couriers leaving pkgs in Lobby and companies that hired them, ie: Petsmart, not holding them accountable. Petsmart followed up a day or two later with a Sorry!

If Petsmart has to use co's outside of their employment, then they need to AT LEAST GET PEOPLE WHO SPEAK/READ ENGLISH! The delivery person not only couldn't speak a word of English NOR understand it, when he pulled up at the wrong house END of our street and started to UNLOAD while my husband is on phone telling him he is unloading at WRONG HOUSE! I had to go out, walk to the end of the street and DIRECT him with hand gestures to turn around and have him FOLLOW me to MY HOUSE to deliver! How INSANE IS THAT ...the guy can't even MATCH the house number on his paper to the NUMBER CLEARLY PRINTED ON MY MAILBOX!? Then "I" had to walk back and forth to street to grab each of the 25 lb bags of litter from him (FIVE BAGS) because he wasn't bringing it to the door like he is supposed to. I am a Senior mid 60s and hauling FIVE 25lb bags even a short distance isn't easy for me. Also, why the heck are we tipping PETSMART'S RECOMMENDED $7+ tip to someone who can't even do his job!? HIRE PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND CAN READ FRIGGING STREET ADDRESSES!....how did this guy even pass a driving test if he can't read NUMBERS for God sake! NEVER AGAIN DOING DELIVERY THRU PETSMART!!!!

Online Petsmart states on their site that you get free shipping if you spend $49. When I went to check out it was charging me shipping so I called that person told me they had to refresh the website, tried the next day and was still showing shipping charge so I called again and this person told me it was only on cetain items not food or litter I had told him I received free shipping before and bought the same items his response was that I must have flown under their radar! Then I opened my email and it read..you have items in your cart come back free shipping over $49. I never received the free shipping.

Somehow the pacaging people at Pet Smart thought the 7 cases, almost 70 lbs, of moist 5.5 oz catfood cans would survive transportation and delivery in a single box with only a smattering of packaging paper.... How ridiculous can you get? Cases are busted open, and cans are smashed making a really nasty mess. This is the second ( and last) time this has happened. I complained to Pet Smart last time, but they apparently didn't have any concern for my feedback. I'll order elswhere. Pet Smart seems to lack competence in their packaging and shipping

Went to take my dog to grooming at petsmart on union blvd. The girl who attended me said since I was late she could not take my dog with attitud and making a face. I was 9 minutes late. Then a half an hour later they sent me a text saying appt had been cancelled. I was there they did not want to provide the service . Don't think I would go there again for anything

Took my 6 year old son to pick a new tank to upgrade his geckos cage. And once we selected one, I asked the associate to assist it with bringing it down from the shelf, only for him to say, “sorry, but this is no longer on sale, it ended yesterday. I can still bring it down if you want. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!” Very disappointing for the experience and my son’s sadness that we didn’t end up getting it. I’ve always used PetSmart for my purchases for my dog and our gecko. We left our basket and walked out. Thanks for the not so good experience.

I booked a grooming appointment for my female teddy bear, who has been groomed there approx 6 times over the last year, and the site never mentioned they dont groom dogs that are pregnant. I filled out the pre check in form and marked she was pregnant and read all the instructions and conditions shown. Nothing on there indicated they would not groom a pregnant dog. I arrived at the time I booked only to be told I marked that she was pregnant and they would not groom her. I fully understood their reason and asked why was that not included on the website. The response I got was they address it when you arrive for your appointment. So they have you drive there, using gas, your time and wear and tear on the car to tell you they will not groom your dog. I got a little heated over it not being on the site and instead addressing it when you get to the appointment that is not going to happen. The next evening I received a call from the "manager" of the grooming salon. In a stern voice she told me this was a "courtesy call" and that due to multipule medical issues they would no longer groom my 4 dogs. I have 1 shih tzu that has a small heart murmur which they have groomed around 6 times over the last year. The others are healthy with no medical issues and have the one that was pregnant. According to that manager being pregnant is a medical issue. So due to the "excessive" medical issues they would not groom my dogs. I called her on the BS and it is not the medical issues but because I got irritated with the groomers over not having this put on the website but "waiting til you arrive for the appointment" as being inadequate . I will not use them to groom my dogs even if they will not do them and will take them to another place that is actually cheaper then they are. I happened to like 2 of the groomers but will not give the grooming salon any more of my money.

I got a job to work for them, wow I was happy because of that, and now look what happened to me..but they only give me one day to work a week, what to pay, what to eat and how to live with one day, which they made me work once a week, that's a big shame, what do they think that I'm an idiot, crazy or that I don't have a brain, I worked like that for 14 days... and I didn't even come anymore... yes, even the fat manager started that he yells at me as if I were his son ..people I tell you are bad where I used to work and rude.so good luck to everyone who's willing work for them.
