We bought Purina pro plan sensitive skin and stomach salmon recipe for our dog and the bag turned out to be filled with moths and larvae! We still can't get them out of the house. And since it had been a few weeks before they hatched and we realized what was happening, petsmart wouldn't even refund our money. Even though I took several pictures of the tainted food. I will not buy food from petsmart again.

If I could give a zero stars I would! Made an appointment to have my dog groomed because we're going out of town. Kara was so unprofessional. She was questioning the type of haircut I wanted for my fur baby. She then told the manager she was uncomfortable to grooming her. Offered me a discount. I’m sorry how about you come get my dog and do it for free since you just wasted my time and my gas!

You want to pay crazy prices for anything pet related this is your store. I am guilty of doing it just like many that visit this store. Only reason I came here was for the fish selection offered, but it seemed like that care dropped. Tanks have dead fish; algae build up they just started looking back. Pet food, nope not paying the prices they want when I can get same at Walmart a lot cheaper. Toys for dogs, wow the prices are unreal and the ones that say indestructible lol they lasted about 15 minutes once they got home. We used the nail and grooming once or twice, then they wanted you to start bringing in shoot records and other paperwork on your pet. Big store with Big Prices for sure. You like Pet smart and enjoying paying their prices great, this is your go to store. You do see a lot of young employees which there is nothing wrong with that, but maybe someone with a little more experience would be a better choice sometimes. "I don't know" is not the answer I am looking for when discussing products for my animal's health or when purchasing one of the pets they have.

What a joke! Pouring out. Stand in line outside. Get in line inside only no one knows where it is. Lines every where. Now the brilliant idea every body back to your cars and we'll call you. Oh yeah. We need your phone number .get in line to give your number. Pre-paid form another line here. Where's the help in this commotion? Cleaning up dog poop every where. Went to the car, drove home. You do this every month? First and last time for me and mine.

How can PetSmart claim to care about pets and animals when you constantly stock those beautiful fighting fish in TINY containers. Nobody looks after them. They can hardly move. They all ALWAYS DIE. PetSmart claims to care about animals. It does not. If it did it would not support this cruelty of pretending to sell these poor fish. I came into the Fredericksburg, VA, store to buy cat litter as I couldn't find it anywhere else (otherwise I would not have set a foot inside) and I saw several of these fish containers empty, but with a bright green "moss" on the bottom. As I walked past in horror, I relaized it was not moss, but the remains of the dead fish that had sunk to the bottom. At the top of your website you claim: "10,316,479 lives saved". How about admitting all the lives of these poor, helpless, trapped, sickly, forlorn fish you have ended!!!!

Horrible groomers. They don't care about what they do to the dog. Only care about making a buck. Typical American company in Canada. Waste of money for everything. You can legit buy half their brands from the dollarstores. Do not go to the Ajax location unless you want to be spoken to horribly and blamed for Thier mistakes! What a joke this company is.

If I could give a zero stars I would! Made an appointment to have my dog groomed because she had a nasty accident. They told me to be there at four that they closed at six and possibly would not be able to dry her all the way. I said that’s not a problem. I will sry her at home. I got there at 3:30 and when I brought her in they looked at her and oh we don’t have time to do a bath and nails to be cut. We close at five. We didn’t realize how fluffy she was. This is the second time something like this has happened to me at Petsmart and they suck. Offered me to come back Sunday or Monday. I’m sorry I have stuff to do those other days offered me $10 off her grooming. How about you come get my dog and do it for free since you just wasted my time and my gas! Will never step foot in a Petsmart again!

I will never take my dog to the fairmont Pkwy pasadena tx petsmart or any other groomer ever again. I wish I hadn't taken him there today. Horrible experience and waste of money for a poor job at trimming his nails..
