DO NOT waste your time ordering online from these folks if you really need to be sure that you will receive an item. They take your order, and your money, and then several hours later, they cancel all or part of your order by claiming to be out of stock, then you have to wait to get your money back and you are stuck trying to find the item somewhere else. Totally not worth your time or trouble. Order from somewhere else and pay less and have less hassle! This has happened to me more than once in the last several months! They need better customer service and a more accurate inventory control system if they are going to do online ordering? Get with it Petsmart, you arent the only game in town!

So I took my Oreo there for a bath and a haircut they gave me three different prices ended up charging me almost $40. Now $40 only got you a bath $15 extra to brush teeth $15 extra to cut their toenails and then they told me they couldn’t do it. I took my dog to Pet wize $20 and got everything done. Only in Brandon , do they double the price for less work oh by the way, and their products are overpriced. I compared them to Walmart in target and they both beat them on their products for dogs less work. Worst experience I ever have. I guess I’ll take that drive to Tampa .

I have shopped here for years and learned I have 0 points accumulated, even though I provide my number every time, once I set up my online profile to view my point balance.

I am very very very upset. I live in Memphis TN and booked a grooming appt at the Poplar location. Talked to Aley and Jeffrey managers and they both refused to honor my cat's appt on 04/30/2024 at 9:00 am. This is horrible customer service that I have EVER Had. I took off work and to be lied by an employee at that store on my appt,and the management staff Not caring. I am very upset and will make sure to tell every cat and dog owner to NEVER shop, groom or anything at any PetSmart!

Tell.me that I can only buy 6 fish is wrong per day. They have no idea how many tanks I have. I have 7 tanks and I will never set foot in one of these stores again.

I had a really bad experience with customer service. I called to inquire about my going to expired prepaid grooming service, but the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and sounded impatient from the get-go. While I understand that there are company policies to follow, there's really no excuse for such rudeness. It only made my experience even worse.

PetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders and both PetSmart and FedEx SUCK! PetSmart customer service is a joke. Order deliveries by FedEx at your own risk, it's not worth it!

My grandson who is 12 years old has bought four fish tanks full of fish frogs snails etc from PetSmart via his great-grandmother who has dementia driving him there. They sold them to him, without adult permission and he's let them die and it's a crying shame. It should be criminal to sell to a minor. It's disgusting. I called PetSmart to see if they would take them back but for free but they said no, contact a private pet store.
