The customer service team is awful and will tell you anything to get you off of the phone. I called about my dogs prescription that I placed online. They said it took a few days to get ahold of my vet, but it would ship in a couple of days. I called again after a couple of days, and they say they never could get a hold of the vet. 2 days later I called and they said it was approved by the vet, but there is a payment problem. I explained my card was charged and sent them the confirmation email. Called back and they say they havent been able to get a hold of my vet. I sent 2 emails complaining and they never replied. Stay away from ordering your pets medicine online through them. They wont let you speak to the actual Pharmacy so you depend on a middle man to relay wrong information.

I am compelled to express my profound disappointment with a recent grooming experience at PetSmart, which starkly illustrates a troubling disregard for customer care. Our Chihuahua suffered a serious injury to her paw, requiring over an hour at the vet to stop the bleeding—an incident stemming from the groomer's haste to leave early. I received a call at 10:39 AM, asking us to arrive for our 3 PM appointment much earlier than scheduled, simply because the groomer wanted to finish ahead of time. This request placed us in an uncomfortable position of accommodating their staff's needs. Upon dropping off our dog, we noticed her frightened demeanor as she refused to move, only to be dragged along by a lead wrapped around her neck. This alarming behavior should have served as a clear warning sign of the lack of care being exercised. An hour later, we received a distressing call informing us that our dog was at the Animal Hospital and that we needed to come immediately. Upon arrival, we learned that the vet staff was struggling to stop the bleeding and that our dog would require a staple, necessitating removal in a few days. This traumatic experience wasted my only day off. To add insult to injury, the vet spoke to another person waiting—who turned out to be the PetSmart employee who had dropped off our dog—sitting silently and failing to address us during this distressing time. My husband called PetSmart to inquire about responsibility for the vet bills, and while the manager assured us we wouldn’t be charged for the grooming or the vet bills, the damage had already been done. It is evident that the prioritization of customer service has been lost. The needs of PetSmart employees should never come at the expense of the well-being of clients. Our dog is now traumatized and will likely carry this fear into future grooming experiences. PetSmart must reassess its approach to customer care and ensure that the well-being of pets and their owners is prioritized.

PetSmart should be closed! They don't take care of their animals. I am experienced in reptile breeding. They sell their animals way too young, if they have a failure to thrive instead of trying to nurse it back to health they will throw live animals in the dumpster out back. Don't believe me? Watch the YouTube videos!!! They over charge on ball pythons. A normal ball python is available at a reptile expo for $10-$20. PetSmart charges $99! I hear a lot of people say they buy the animals at PetSmart because they feel bad for them. PLEASE STOP DOING THAT! They will just replace the one you buy with more in the same condition! If they want to sell pet supplies that's fine, but they shouldn't be allowed to sell animals.

Petsmart has the worst website, first I try to purchase the gift card that they have 10% off, nope, cannot checkout, they either tell your card has some problem, or were able to checkout but soon after they will decline your order. Then I tried to do online checkout when there is a site wide promotion of 20% off, plus 15% cashback on rakuten, nope, can't checkout, there is always a error when checking out. I called the customer support, they said they created an IT ticket and will work something out later since the promotion will be running out of time. Fast forward 1 week after, I still cannot checkout on my side, so I called again, they say they can try to checkout on their side. I asked what about the promotion? Since the previous person promised me they will have some compensation, they said best they could do is $10 off on the next order. LOL. Yes you hear right, $10 off. At this point I don't want to buy anything from petsmart anymore, I had wasted so much time and effort on this website.

Was a very good customer and spent lots of money there per month for three dogs. One is now in need of prescription dog food. Took my prescription there the first time, bought some food but my dog did not like it so I exchanged it. Had no issues buying or exchanging. Had to do that again and was told my vet's script was not good enough and I had to go to Banfield to get one from them. Excuse me? What kind of s**t policy is this now? Our own vets are not good enough? I DID NOT go to Banfield and am now instead buying my prescription dog food elsewhere with my vet's script (with no issues) and will also be buying the rest of my pet's supplies and food elsewhere. Shame.

No lo recomiendo me dieron muy mal trato y mal servicio , primera vez que vamos a llevar a mi perrita, la lleve a bañar y cortar las uñas y la muchacha que me atendió una americana con muy mal modo , no me explico los paquetes ni lo que incluía cada paquete . Pedí que le cortaran las una mi perrita las tenía muy grandes y nos rasgullaba , y cuando me la entregaron con las uñas feas, no las limaron me rasguño , me dejo marcada la piel y cuando les dije , no me cobraron extra por limarlas , de mal modo , con una cara pague por el servicio y no lo hicieron . y habiendo personas que hablan español ahí no me atendieron en español no lo hicieron Y el puse queja y no me ayudaron, ni la mañager ahí , ni el storeanager tampoco pésimo servicio no vayan y no lo recomiendo la tienda está ubicada en el 4100 Ming ave ..

Was told had to back to vet at the back of the store wait inline for 30 minutes to get banfields script to get cat food filled when i have a copy of script in my hand. Ridiculous if i ordered online i would not have had to do this. I will ot do business here again

Had a grooming appointment for my young dog. Went in 30 minutes prior to talk to the groomers and spoke to the supervisor. My dog had an appointment at 2:00 and I was asked to bring her back at 2:00 which I did. When checking her in, they asked if she had any reason to be stressed or anxious. I said being here as everyone is new to her. They took her in the back room which was the first step I thought to beginning the grooming. I walked away to look at other collars and went back to the groomer's area to compare them. It was then I heard my dog barking and the groomer walked into the grooming area with another dog. I was staring at them when the supervisor came out and asked if they could help with anything else. I indicated that our appointment was at 2 and my expectation is that my dog would be groomed starting at 2. She told me that they booked 2 dogs and ours was in the "kennel." My dog kept barking. I took my dog and left.
