One day we went to get my dog Sofie a hair cut and when we came to pick her up we noticed That her nose was shaved so short there was basically no hair there and a few days later it stared to bleed constantly and it has been a week and the bleeding has grown up and down her nose and as days go on all it is, is getting worse and worse and now she is crying constantly too and she is usually the sweetest most excited dog but now all she does is cry and staring out the window.and it literally looks like a five year old took marker and scribbled on top of her nose anyway I am never taking my dog here ever , ever again this is the worst service I have ever had if you love your dog and don't want to hurt them then I would definitely not recommend this to you. 1 star!

I am voice texting this. I’m so upset. My Bernie doodle has been at this Petsmart in Clive for four hours and I asked the technician. If something went wrong to call me so I could take my dog somewhere else. Why did I just get my dog back four hours later wet with nothing done to him other than his face cut and it is cut so uneven. I wish there was a way to put a picture on this review. My dog looks really bad!and they blame it on the dog but not one time. Did anybody reach out to me and then charge me $104 and they did nothing but cut his face. He is still wet. I will never bring any of my dogs here. Buy anything from them or refer any of my friends and Bradley, the manager is of no help. He also blamed it on the dog. The dog is a seven month old dog so then you call The Owner and you say we can’t do this. You don’t keep the dog for four hours wet and then when the person shows up, tell them that they couldn’t do anything complete waste of my time

Hello! I would like to point out that I made a purchase of $60 during a promotion that offered $10 in rewards. However, a month has passed, and I still haven’t received the rewards, which is why I contacted customer support. I provided all the necessary information but haven’t received a response for over a week. It’s really frustrating.

Very disappointed in grooming services our dog received last week. When we picked her up, it was like if we had never taken her in. She didn’t even smell good when we picked her up. She smelled like she had been in a kennel. They didn’t brush her teeth as they said they would include it in the services Will never return to PetSmart for another grooming of our pup. Felt like it was a huge waste of our money.

If I could do a negative number of stars I would. The Siegen Lane store in Baton Rouge pet grooming is the worst place in all of Baton Rouge. We had a horrible experience the first time we took our dog in for grooming. Talked with corporate and made it a point to earn our business back. The girl was about as rude as anyone could be and pulled the money grab on how he was matted and would be paying extra for brushing him. I explained that it was not true we was just brushed 2 days ago. She said she would reach out if it was going to cost extra before they did it. I asked her (Belle) to be careful choosing her words as we have already filed a complaint with corporate over this money grab and horrible services we received. I left then they called my husband and asked him to come pick up the dog up they were refusing to groom him. This is exactly what I expected from them being a chain store. I will never ever walk into another pet smart as long as i live and will be sure to let all my friends, family, and everyone I see how crappy they are and they should look for other places for the pets, pet food, grooming or anything to do with Pet Smart. The pets are smart but the name does NOT represent the company or their duties to the public.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Three times in a row I've placed online orders for same day delivery. None of the items showed low stock. I tip based on how much I've spent, and there is no way to tip after or alter the tip (plus it's not the poor drivers fault that this company is shady). Three times in a row I've gotten hardly any of what I ordered. One time they literally delivered a few cans of food and not the multiple other cat foods and the multiple litters. I tipped based on an order that was over $100 and ended up with almost nothing. My tip far exceeded the amount my order was worth. They lie and show in stock everything, knowing they are going to cancel most of your items, just so you don't buy it elsewhere. I would have ordered from Target had PetSmart been honest. Completely unethical company. I could forgive once, or maybe if it was a small portion of an order, but three times in a row is intentional. I'll be buying from Chewy and Amazon from now on, or Target if I need something same day. PetSmart will never get another penny from me.

Pet Smart Kanata, Ontario, Canada is a terrible place to go to for pet grooming. Imagine going for your haircut/styling and getting 3/4 of you hair done and being told that they are not able to complete the rest. On top of that being given the bill with 25% off because 3/4 of the job was done, with no consideration of how you maybe looking. That is what happened to our pet dog at this location. The excuse given was that your dog is anxious and threw up on the table. When we objected that our dog is looking ugly with an incomplete grooming they made an excuse that he is biting si they will not complete the grooming. Any other business would have at the least said that they would charge us when we took him back on another day to complete the grooming. But no, the groomers and the manager chose to be rude and demanded we pay for rhe partial grooming done. I wish it one day happens to them when thy go for their own hair styling. When I said I will pay when they complete the job, they told me that they will not give our dog back if we don’t pay. Instead they did me a “favour” by giving me a 50% discount. Totally RIDICULOUS!
