The payment system of the online PetSmart.com is faulty and problematic especially with PayPal. These two systems are not streamlined/integrated properly resulting in multiple confusing steps to finalize a purchase order. The online PetSmart glitches caused duplicate PayPal transactions as well as duplicate linked credit card transactions of mine for the same order. I called and waited for almost half an hour to talk to a live PetSmart customer service representative, who lacked knowledge, was poorly trained, and did not know how to search its systems. After I was put on hold for another 10 minutes, the rep finally told me that PetSmart could not cancel/deny any transactions despite finding the duplicate payment transactions for the same order, and there was nothing else PetSmart could do, rather told me to dispute with my bank. I had to continue making more phone calls and my credit card was still charged twice, reducing my credit availability, causing me much time and headache. Be aware! PetSmart.com and its customer service are extremely disappointing :( (Evidence order last 4 num: 5441)

I received my subscription order with damages. First why would you pack 2 plastic treat containers in a box with 42 lbs of cat liter. Of course one container was completely shattered treats falling out of box before I ever even opened it. Those were no good. I'm not about to hope I don't get tiny shards of plastic in their treats for them to eat. So besides being out the $9 for them I had a mess to clean up. Next box (2 were sent) the case of 24 cans was packed with plasic cups and way to much space in box. Half the cans were extremely damaged one so smashed it leaked everywhere, so again I'm out the product I paid for and again a mess to clean up.i have emailed TWICE now about this. I'm waiting til end of week then calling my credit.card company and protesting some of the charges!!! I DO have photos of everything im saying

1day ago: l would rate a zero if possible…. To begin with, PetsMart grooming was so overcrowded. First, the “lead” grooming person came out and examined my 12 pound Maltese. I had already brushed her ears and tail from any tangles, brushed her teeth, etc. Then the lead groomer said, well she DOES have a little matting at the very top of her tail. Oh please! I told her I could comb it out myself in a second rather than being charged an extra $10 for such a small thing. She then said, “you can do that yourself but you would be late for your appointment. Oh really? ( I arrived over ten minutes early and had to wait over my scheduled time for others to come out of the grooming area) From what I was told, the $10 overcharge goes to the groomer on top of any tip you leave. Then I was stupid enough to leave a $10 tip. So I gave a $20 tip. So my poor little 12 pound dog was there for 6 hours! Today she is so tired she can’t even eat! I will never take her to that facility again!

I live in Florida and recently placed an order online with PetSmart. The order was shipped from Florida, but it has been 15 days, and I still haven’t received it. My package seems to be traveling all over the U.S. When I contacted PetSmart, they told me there’s nothing they can do and that I need to call USPS to resolve the issue. Even if I want to cancel my order, they said I must contact USPS directly. I find this frustrating because I placed the order with PetSmart and paid them, yet they are making me handle the issue with the carrier instead of taking responsibility. It feels like they don’t care about their customers.

if I could give it -100 stars I would I placed the order on November 30 totaling $96 they said it was delivered. It never was. I asked them to show the delivery photo. They waited two days and emailed me and said oh he took a picture and it was by a garage. I sent them my photo I don’t live near garage. I live in a townhome with a porch and if you had a photo. you would’ve sent it for proof and then he proceeds to tell me that I need to go and file a police report for stolen items. I am not for filing a false report. How can something be stolen for me when I never received it they want me to do a criminal action they’re crazy. I just want my refund in full and they’re giving me the runaround and wanting me to do crimes for their mistake and won’t send me a delivery photo of the packages in front of my house on my porch because there are none. all I want is my refund and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and Petsmart corporate. They went on Google Maps and try to find my address. Some garage is really I sent them a photo of my townhome and my porch and told him don’t manipulate it and use AI or something else and I have the email where Brandon. Told me to go file a false report for stolen goods. There’s no way I would file a false report for something I never received. I just want my refund and please never order from Petsmart.

Firing Anna in the grooming department. I paid upfront $97 for the best package of grooming and I gave her $10 tip because I couldn't pickup my puppy ( Luna ) after she would be ready. My wife picked up our puppy ( Luna ) and she called me immediately about what a shitty haircut Anna gave our puppy. I've been taking my puppy to this place and another girl name (Maya) was grooming Luna but this time Maya was not there for few days and we needed it to get her haircut done before we were going to a short trip. Ann gave our puppy the worst hair cut and she didn't even brushed her after wash. A quick screwed up service. Now I won't trust to take my puppy to this place anymore because I'm afraid that Anna or someone else would hurt my puppy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO CANOGA PARK PETSMART specially to ANNA. Anna is the worst groomer that I've seen !!!

They did a terrible job on my pomeranian....I will never use their services again. And I am reviewing everywhere I can on the way they cut my pomeranian....

Placed a order for 4 enclosures at the advertised price from 3 different stores. They said my orders were ready for pickup money was taken out of account and everything. Couple hours later they canceled my order and said there advertised price wasn't correct and canceled my orders and put back on self and increased the price. They post prices online then you go to the site and they want more money then advertised. This is false advertising.
