PetSmartReviews of petsmart.com

Petsmart Huntsville Rebecca did a superb job on our 2 Newfs. The best groom ever. We will ask for her on future visits. Thanks again Rebecca on a job well done. Moseby and Swagger PS Swagger says sorry for kicking out her back leg.

Wide selection. Store hours need to be expanded for working folks to get there especially in the mornings. Open an hour sooner imho. The groomers are great, pricing is attractive, however, there is no spot on the credit card bill to give the groomers a tip.

All my pets love PerSmart so very happy with our experiences at PetSmart !

I’m excited for Small Pet Select to be a part of PetSmart! Definitely one stop shop is awesome! Thank you!!!!

Chanel at the Petsmart location in Southfield on Telegraph is a Terrific employee!! She helped me get the fish that I wanted which was extremely hard to do. The fish were extremely fast and difficult to catch. She was patient, kind, and diligent all while keeping a positive attitude. Petsmart should be honored to have her as an employee. I'll continue to shop at Petsmart because of Chanel.

Excellent products and excellent people

Two days ago, I rescued a beautiful dog from a rescue organization and based in Raleigh, I then googled the local PetSmart from where I was, and I ended up in this delightful store in Garner North Carolina. I then came in contact with a woman named Mary Lou who provided exceptional customer service to me and my puppy as well as a gentleman. I’m not sure of his name, but he was absolutely amazing and I can’t say enough about these people. They were knowledgeable. They were friendly. They were helpful, and this gentleman even brought my items out to my car for me and put them in the trunk. More places should treat people this way.

I ordered a small doggie carrier mesh bag for my rescued pooch. Placed order last night recieved item today. Awesome customer service. Very happy with pet bag. Quality made and exactly what I needed. Thank you Petsmart from happy customer.
