Bad website
If you go in the store, they are very helpful. If you go on the website it is very poorly run and always has glitches and errors. It is very hard to search items and place an order.

Just wanted to make my peace with Petsmart based on my new experience. So I went back to the 1104a King Street West Store, on Saturday February 4,2023 to see if the Manager Mark had done any research of his cash system, in order to come up with an agreement for my Refund. As I got into the store, very young female cashier acknowledged me, I explained why I was there. Her approach was so cordial and she had actually listened to what I had said. In no time another employee ,She came and confirmed my request. It was just a “different approach” I was experiencing-that this other employee was just so polite, focused on a resolution , pays attention to the details of my request and was ready to assist me. I felt at ease, so much so that I actually made a purchase. In no time I was called by the employee, who provided the “Audit “ trail of my purchases, confirming and REFUNDED me all the moneys the system had taken off my card . This employee-who I later realized was the Manager , disguised in uniform- knew how to treat me as a customer. I respected that I was not humiliated .She presented me with a print out of same transactions that took place on that weird day.I cannot express how much I appreciated her.She treated me with RESPECT and in no time I was Refunded.Just her timely courtesies and approach made my day.She is customer aware ,friendly , has respect of (me)my time - and I felt a comfortable and had a safe shopping experience. I found out her name is “Nicole White”. Just wanted Petsmart to know - you NEED more NICOLE WHITE’s in all your stores. She has made me rethink on loyalty and continuity with Petsmart. Thank you Ms Nicole White….!!!

The job they do is good, so I have no issue with the groomers. But, the prices are ridiculous & the higher management is now ripping us off just like the vets. My 73 pounder dog cost me 200$ with tip!!! And thank God I didn't ask for teeth cleaning & thank God my dog behaved & the groomer didn't need any assistance from another employee!!! So many new laughable things they add just to charge us more, sadly we're living in a society where one screws the other. You have lost a customer for good.

Went into do an exchange at PetSmart gave me a gift card because I didn't have the original receipt not a problem I needed other items in there so they were having a buy one item get the other one 50% off sale but I'm trying something new so I didn't need two so I bought one I'm leaving the store and decide to check the receipt glad I did because their regular price is 12.99 they charged me $16.99 but if you check their website it's $9.99 so people beware always check your receipt before leaving the store. Always check their website do a screenshot then go into purchase your item and see the difference in prices and get it at the website price we're going out of our way into the store to purchase it but we're paying more for it.

trip to petsmart was fine but if you dont change the number of times you run the same commercial I will never set foot in your store again. even our dogs grumble when they hear it for the second time.

PetSmart in Greenbrier, Chesapeake, VA groomed our dog last weekend. They did ok I guess but only because we don't really care what she looks like. She's a border collie mix with a ton of hair and we only shave her down to make her cool in the summer. They left big patches where her skin shows through and butchered the back of her head where it transitions back to longer hair. She's not a show dog so it doesn't really matter but it's still pretty awful, especially since they were $30 MORE than the other two places we go. Should have waited another few days for an appointment with one of them. We'll get our own clippers out before we take her back there.

My dog had a 1:45 pm appointment for a bath/brush. Shampoo with conditioner. Was charged $59. This service includes ear cleaning, gland expression, nail trim, paw and sanitary shave. Was told that she would be ready in approximately 2 hours and would be texted. They said they were busy. I called at 4:30 was told that she'd be ready at 5. I ran to get her because we had dinner plans. At first glance, she looked ok but when I got home I realized that she had NONE of the services described above except the bath and brushing. My dog is scheduled for spay surgery and it will be several more weeks before she can be groomed. Her nails are super long, no sanitary or paw shave. She's going to be a mess and they didn't even apologize for not completely grooming her. Instead, they charged me in full and hoped I wouldn't notice. This is fraud and false advertising. I'm going down there tomorrow morning with my pup to request that they either finish grooming her as ADVERTISED or refund all of my money. This was the Santa Rosa CA petsmart on Santa Rosa Avenue. Update: I brought her back the next day but I was first told that I had "only" paid for a bath $59. When I pointed out that my appointment as registered on their website clearly states what they include with that service and my dog had none of it performed. the groomer agreed to do it. Some of it was done in approximately 10 minutes and I received an apology. No ear cleaning, glands or paw scissoring however. I think it's hit or miss on service depending on who you get. Not sure that I can rely on that in the future.
