love to order from PetSmart. In 2024 I spent about $1800 in high quality food. What I don't understand is it so easy to be a picker there. It's not high volume, but yet my $60 or $100 Hills Science Diet dog food is never correct. Never over 24 cans and never under 12. Always stew never pate! My dog HATES pate, but my order is always a mix of stew and pate. I am supposed to believe that I get the right cans, so when they are opened one by one I am throwing away $3.98 unbeaten pate cans. I work 10.5 as a picker too and I have no will to double check someone else's work. I pay for a service that's supposed to be correct. You will know because your inventory has been off. Extremely disappointed in the person that can't count 12 similar cans!!!!!!

Petsmart on-line autoship program works only if you request immediate delivery. For twice in a row, Petsmart Autoship program shipped my order even when I set my delivery date 1 month apart, stating that it cannot read the delivery date. This is either bad design and testing or a way that the company wants to make more money.

I have monthly appointment to get my dog groomed and they do a pretty good job for the price. I always have to wait 15-20 minutes even though I have the appointment scheduled but its not a huge deal since the price is inexpensive. Other dog groomers charge an arm and a leg so that's why I take my dog here. They don't use the best quality shampoo, but its best for the time being until I can find a better groomer.

Showed up without an appointment because their site is all "come on in," and boom, turned away at the door. And when we did manage to get service, they somehow forget to trim my pup's nails every. single. time. Talk about frustrating. Another time, I tried to get my dog a gourmet experience. Ordered canned food. Cases busted, cans smashed. Complained, but it's like talking to a brick wall! My dog Bart didn't seem to care though, he ate the food and came out looking happy, wagging tails and all!! So overall would give it a 3/5

Today I had to get pet supplies..at .3.35 pm. November 10..cashier was on phone taking selfies..I said ok..Not once but 3 times...She was just there. I said want to donate a few bucks. At checkout she said don't worry about that!!OK..I guess I expect to much ...I know that when I worked I would have been fired....Times have changed for the worst...

We used to shop petsmart all the time but now we are going to a local place called Homealive pets much better

The order was late for weeks but the product is great. You really need to up your delivery game. Thanks tho

Heads up folks on ordering online! Placed an order to be shipped and they changed part of it to pick up at store. Granted customer service was nice about canceling the in store pick up and refunding but I really wanted that item. This was my first time ordering online to them and it will be my last. Nobody should have to scan to see if they r going to switch your order over to store pick up.
