New London Connecticut location: This was the third time we took our lab for a bath and nail grind. The first two times went smoothly. This time he came home with an eye injury that required a trip to the vet. They said "He kept rubbing it" but were clueless as to how it happened. He was in perfect health when he went. Also, maybe they were short staffed but there seemed to be disorder and lack of service when we arrived and when we came to pick him up. It didn't seem like a well run operation, at least not today.

I took my Yorkipoo to the grooming center there. I left and my husband at the time was watching the lady groom Cody. When I walked up after I went shopping in the store, my husband was bagging on the window because our dog was choking because the harness around his mouth and face was choking him. He had slipped off the table and was hanging by his neck The young lady (groomer) had went in the back room. The door was locked. All we could do was bang on the glass window She finally came from the back and quickly grabbed our Cody from hanging. I didn't let her finish cutting his hair. I asked to speak to a manager. We did not pay for that grooming. I never took any of my dogs to be groomed there again. I shop there and that's it! Bad grooming experience.

Went online and ordered a full haircut and wash with nail trim and teeth cleaning. 1st the customer service said I needed to pay 5 more for nail trim which was included. I told her I'll deal with it when I come back. I came back and now they charged me with a 6 dollar holiday fee. What! The holiday is next week. And why are customers paying for holiday pay. Ask for my 6 dollars back. And now i am getting the run around. Sad service

I feel I was grossly overcharged. Bath, cut and toenail trim on a 3.5 lb balding Yorkie for 130.00. They asked if I wanted the summer special which included a bandana, a toy and a coupon book. Little did I know the "summer special " was essentially charging me for 2 grooms at the same time. So I essentially payed double. Got the mediocre coupon book for all the products and services I don't use , but no bandana, no toy

I kept going to get my dogs wet canned food because he needs a specific kind because he has pancreatitis right now. I asked the cashier if they would be getting more since there were only a case and three cans left. As I get a case every couple days. He assured me that it’s one of there most popular foods and that they have it in stock. Well I go there yesterday and of course they are out! I have asked about it, I don’t know how many times. I never got a straight answer! You would think if the shelves are empty, they would order more! Nope, have to go to another store out of town! Not happy! 😡

I did Autoship with Petsmart until today. I am ending my business with this company. I regularly order over $70.00 of pet food per month with their Autoship service and they have never charged me shipping. This month they charge me shipping and their excuse was that they charge for canned goods, which they never did before. Their customer service is a joke. They never responded to my response when they gave me their lame excuse about charging shipping on a large Autoship order. They could careless about losing customers. The other ones like Chewy and Petco do not do this, so I have ended my business with PetSmart and set up Autoship with Chewy.

Very rude and disrespectful in Grooming Dept. Time to move on elsewhere. Gave them a second chance but there is no professionalism behind the counter and at the 1 REGISTER Needs better Management and training.

The app crashes and errors out for a different reason every time. Customer service says they will solve your problem and never get back to you. Or send you down a rabbit hole of transfer to another agent. The store employees, the older ones are super nice. But the younger employees keep asking random stupid questions. Like, scan my items take my money and let me leave please!
