I took my kitten to Petsmart thinking that I'm just going to get her fixed and vaccinated and they diagnosed my kitten leukemia positive which is impossible considering her parents were leukemia negative. They tested her 3 times and pushed me for a 4th time. I decided that moment I need to take her in for a 2nd opinion in a private animal hospital and they tested her as leukemia negative. I feel Petsmart never cared about my kitten's well being and I will never go there for anything again.

Took dog there (with confirmed appointment) said they were over booked. asked me to bring him back at 2. I can't do that as I'm handicapped and don't always have assistance. They refused to allow him to just stay until 2 when they could get to him and they canceled appointment completely. Won't ever be back. Terrible customer service.

I took my Shih Tzu in to be groomed. A new groomer who had obviously not been trained properly cut the pads on two of her feet. They rushed her to a nearby Vet, but two days later her feet are still bleeding! Very disappointing and upsetting! Our pets are like our children - when they hurt we hurt!

Ordered frontline for my dog online. They are using UPS Inovation which takes about 10 days to get here! They want you to pay for expediated shipping at $20.00! In the meantime, my dog is scratching like crazy until we get the frontline. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! UGH!

went in with mom to buy a guinea pig. they tried to sell us a big cage which we would not have been able to carry walking home. we told them we had a temporary one and could order one on line. they said the animal count' survive 2 days in the cage we were going to provide ( dog carrier that we used to carry a 20 lb dog in). They are out to sell you the whole set of stuff when all you want is the animal. we will never shop here again it is the location in the 9700 block of katy freeway in the heb shopping center in houston texas \
