The one on Zaragosa. I got a Petsmart coupon in the mail. I went to look for the item to match the coupon. It was for a certain brand...dog and cat food. I couldn't find it. I asked a stocker. They sent me to a manager. He said "IF I have it..it would be over here." No luck. The MANAGER says " I don't have it. That's because THIS IS NOT A CAT STORE... " He meant it was a DOG store. SERIOUSLY!!??? He directed me to another Petsmart. FORGET IT!!I WILL NEVER..IN MY LIFE..GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!! TERRIBLE!! If I could give NO stars..I would!!

These ppl shld not b grooming animals. I had a horrible experience with them when I took my baby there just to get her nails cut. Took 7 ppl to "try" to cut her nails n literally scared the crap out of her.. Called the manager n she told me that they are students. Ya and so does that mean u have ppl who dnt have an experienced groomer to over see them. Was offered a free wash n cut.. YA OK I'M NOT BRINGING MY DOG BCK THERE EVER. R U SERIOUS SMFH

NEVER leave your dog with PetSmart hotel
I left my dog on the care of yours hands for 7 days. Even though I paid for 8 days I couldn’t bare letting him stay another night in the pets hotel. I paid top of the line every thing and gave you a perfectly healthy and energetic pup to watch while I was on vacation and I couldn’t even enjoy it knowing my dog was miserable. Three days into my vacation I get a call saying my dog was limping and was POSSIBLY playing to rough with the other dogs. I tell you to take him to Banfield to make sure he was fine and call me back. I get a call back saying he’s fine and not limping anymore and POSSIBLY laid on his paw while sleeping and hurt it. Bull!! But I let it go because you claimed he was fine. On the very last day of my vacation. I received two calls from pet smart hotel and Banfield stating my dog was now sick with high fever and wasn’t eating for two days... and every time he drunk water he’ll pee it out immediately.Scary. So as the doctor is explaining this to me I asked him about his paw. The doctor had no idea something was wrong with his paw. So that tells me pets hotel never took him to Banfield when I asked. But that’s not the good part. The doctor recommended he do blood test to make sure everything was good with my dog and told me he’ll call me back once it’s done. I agreed and we hung up. 30 minutes later he calls back and tells me some good news and that everything was normal I was very happy until he told me my dogs paw was swollen.. HOW DID THE PETS HOSPITAL NOT NOTICED MY DOG’S PAW IS SWOLLEN. So the doctor gave my dog medicine to help with the swelling and I decided to pick my dog up as soon as my plane lands. This is where it gets good. The next day as soon as my plane landed I quickly went to get my dog. When I pick him up it was the worse sight any dog owner that loves their dog would ever see. My dog first was scared at the sight of me until he sniffed my hand and cried seeing me then I saw the swelling in his left paw and he was limping very bad. He was skinnier then usual, he was quite and not jumpy as his normal self, and very timid the rest of the day. By the way my dog is a 6 month old German shepherd and he was a happy and energetic dog when I gave him to you now he sick and hurt. I don’t think my dog was hurt on his own accord I believe one of your employees did something and whatever happened to my dog I will find out. And I want everyone to know to never give you dog to PetSmart. Especially after reading multiple horror stories similar to mine about pets hotel in pet smart.

Poor management of their own mistakes
I booked our two cats for grooming for today, the Labor Day, at the Alamo Ave Petsmart store in Cincinnati, and brought my two cats there but was only told by the grooming saloon that the appointment is for the next Monday, not today. That is impossible because I specifically asked if they are open on Monday the Labor Day, and the lady who took my appointment said yes. Besides, on Mondays at the appointment time, 10:45 am, I will be teaching a class facing many students, so I couldn't make such appointment for other than Monday the Labor Day. Now I have to take my cats home and come back again because they cannot even squeeze my cats in today.
What's more upsetting is the attitude of the store manager, Jeff. He was polite but very cold. Even after I told him that I couldn't have made an appointment for the next Monday, and it was not fair for me to bear the consequence of their mistake, he said he can only go by their system and it was NOT their mistake, as if I was lying. He said he does not know who I talked to when making the appointment. Of course I don't either. Who would ask the receptionist for his/her name when making an appointment, anticipating that he/she would make a mistake by putting in their system a wrong time than I was told over the phone? I demanded to review their phone recording, he said they don't have any, yet insisted it was NOT their mistake. I must say that the store/saloon staff are all very nice and courteous. Mistakes like this may happen, but some managerial measures can be taken to avoid/correct such mistakes. What is troubling is the store manager's attitude, who showed no sign of willingness to help or even to correct. In my view this kind of attitude towards customers and towards their own mistakes does not qualify Jeff as a store manager.

I have never had such awful customer…
I have never had such awful customer service. The Petsmart in Cape Coral has the nastiest young employees I have ever come across. I would fire my staff immediately for the tone and attitude these girls had answering a simple question. I can understand why they are almost out of business. Disgusting.

Cruel to animal store
I would have given it a zero star but It was not an option. The employees took a once happy Chinchilla and took her off the floor because her cage had a crack, and were to cheap to fix it so they locked her in a cage that the employee proudly admitted that the cage was way to small for her to live in an now she has not seen anybody so she will not sit and socialize with you she will run away and seek cover. When we asked to pet her they said she has been locked up for so long she now bights.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a Guinea pig July 21st from livonia pets mart on middlebelt and 96 area. It died yesterday. I buried it in my back yard late last night after it happened. I called pets mart and they said I have to bring the animal in for a refund. So im supposed to dig up the animal my 6 yr old and I buried for them to back the "return policy." I believe the pig was sick before it came into my posession. He was sneezing alot, and much calmer than any other pigs I ever owned. I will never buy a live pet from there again
