This makes the 2nd time I have made and apt for my dog to be groomed to get there and "Oh I am sorry he doesn't have an apt?" WHAT!!! I book the apt last week spoke with a guy and even noticed I needed to bring in new Rabies certificate and book me for 5pm June 3rd. The young lady Meggie was very nice and sincere but the other girl there acted as if I was a bother to her to walk through the door. Well I am sorry but people like me are customers and that is how you get paid darlin. I will NOT be back!

Made an appointment for my new puppy’s first trim lady week. Got there for the 7:00 a.m. appointment standing out front of store waiting for someone to come and open the door. A man and women drove up, got their 4 dogs out of their cars ( they were together $ and slid the door open. I asked the man don’t they open at 7:00? He said yes unless you have an appointment and both of them went right in in front of me and proceeded to go to the grooming room. I followed closing the door behind me. I stood out waiting my turn until they were signed in and left since their dogs were all over the place in the little room. My turn comes I go in and the lady says I’m sorry since my puppy just got his rabies shot yesterday I will have to wait 48 hours!!! Now, making this appointment they never mentioned this so how would I know? She definitely knew I was coming for his first trim because she called him by his name. I will not be coming back to this location going forward. I was very let down with the feeling I received when she said “ sorry “ how was I to know!!!! They are the professionals. She didn’t give me a reason until I was about ready to leave and I turned back around and asked her why I had to wait. She said because of the injection site it may be sensitive and also to see if there is a allergic reaction which I totally understand. Why couldn’t they of asked me when making the appointment since he’s only 3 months old! Very discouraged with Pet Smart! I most likely will take my puppy to another groomers in the future!!!

I made a reservation to board my dogs and the website said they would confirm shot records with the vet. When I got there they said they were supposed to have confirmed the shots but didn't so I wasn't able to leave town and lost over $700 on airplane and hotel

Went to petsmart Sunday morning. Employees were sitting outside smoking cigarettes. Walking into the store dog peces in the front walk way. To me this is not acceptable. Petmsrt was located in Conyers Ga.

Terrible experience for the second time around! Booked my pup with the same lady I took her to the first time and when I show up someone else is going to be taking care of my pup. I let that slide. I explain to the lady the kind of haircut my pup normally gets, a light trim. I showed up at four hours because normally that’s how long it takes, I haven’t heard from the lady so I went into the store, as she comes out and see me says she needs twenty more mins. When I get my pup her ears are shaved off and when I asked why she says she had knots! I had brushed my pup before going in to make sure there were no knots so something like this would not happen, yet it still happened. I brush my pups teeth and her coat every day! On top of that her hair was cut uneven and I believe the girl was very unexperienced! When I brought my pup home I found a knot underneath her arm! I have never encountered something like this! $70 for a crappy job and for somebody who was being lazy to comb my dogs knots out,if she really did have knots. Very unprofessional,along with them calling me an hour prior to my appointment to bring my pup in, right there they should have told me that the lady who normally cuts my pups hair was not in and I would have not taken my pup to get cut in the first place.

I brought my dog for grooming. The people were sweet. However, they could not handle or manage my dog. I know he is difficult, but I have had him for 13 years and have him groomed every six weeks. I told him what his issues were. After 10 minutes they came into the store found me and told me that they had decided not to groom him bec he was too stressed out. Wasted 2 hours. They said I should bring him on a different day. Are they kidding? Do they think they would manage him better on a different day? Do they expect me to risk wasting more of my time? I am going to another groomer and will post my experience there. Thank you

PetSmart LOST my business! Last Sunday was the last time they had to provide me with horrific customer service. They need to be boycotted for horrible services. It’s a shame for corporations to feel that they can handle customers any kinda of way and lose sight on what grew the company so large. I pity their ignorance and lack of concern when customer service is the foundation for any business. My family and I are no longer using Pet Smart in NO state in the USA moving forward!!!!

I have boycotted Petsmart. This is based on my experience working with a Petsmart charity, speaking to corporate, and my experience getting my dog groomed there. It is a shame to pay all that money to get my dog groomed, and they couldn’t bother to dry him well enough so he smelled when I picked him up and was STILL wet. And shame on corporate for how they handle situations between store managers and people volunteering to help animals. Petsmart doesn’t care about animal welfare, just getting money for themselves. Capitalism at its best.
