Lincoln Square, Arlington, TX. One star only because there are no zero stars. Worst experience I've had at a groomer ever. People who have seen her basically said she looked like a 3-year-old took some scissors to her. Bad enough when your dog LOOKS awful - but when they are so traumatized they come home and sit in your lap for hours, and haven't completely recovered weeks later? After I calmed down, I reached out to customer service TWICE and have yet to receive anything other than a call from the groomer who left a voicemail message while i was at work - two WEEKS after it happened wanting to make sure "HE" was okay ... despite the fact that I had said many times it was a "SHE." Not a bit deal, but that's just an example of the total lack of concern exhibited by everyone from corporate customer service who sent "canned" emails down to the local management, as far as I can tell. I was promised a return call - never got another one. Instead, I WAS offered $10 if I came in and spent $40. HA HA HA I will NEVER step foot in a PetSmart for ANY purpose ever again! If you are considering PetSmart grooming please do a better job of checking them out before you go than I did. Unfortunately, I relied on one person whose opinion I trusted rather than thorough research. I will not make that mistake again!

Had appt. for my dog. I drove over half hour to get there. I was a little late due to construction. As I was attempting to explain to them the reason I was slightly late, they didn't want to hear it Breyanna H. said my dog couldn't be seen. The girls there had a terrible attitude and seemed to be in a very bad mood. This was at the PetSmart in Davenport, Iowa. Needless to say, my schnauzer won't be going back there. So unprofessional and not understanding at all. In the end, I'm glad my dog wasn't seen by Breyanna H. because the dog she was working on when I got there looked like he was so scared and she wasn't showing any loving, caring emotions towards it.

Absolutely the worst ever! Dog bath terrible and when she shook out of fear they never called me!! Paid extra to remove excess fur. Didnt do it! Paid $30 freakin dollars for anal glands and they didnt do it. Also no one knows about fish there. They tell you anything. Store manager sends one email that he will give me 60.00 gift card for my experience. He never did! Corporate did and then cancelled it!!! I will see these ----- in court and I will do everything to make sure they lose customers. ABSOLUTELY TRASH.

just tried to get my very sick 10 yrs old papillon groomed in woburn, ma. I have an exemption from my vet because of his medical condition that could result in death if he was rabies vaccinated. He was reflused.. SHAME ON YOU PETSMART

The Catonsville MD stored used to be my “go to” spot for all pet needs including grooming. I spent hundreds & hundreds there over the years. No more. My dog was given one of the last appointments of the day and since he was being uncooperative, the called me to take him home. No bath. Partially shaved with different length. This little Maltese looked a filthy mess. I guess the groomer wanted to go home. The manager gave excuses & when I said I’d stop shopping there & shop chewy.com, he boasted “we own them too’! Horrible customer service. P.S. turns out now my 5 year old dog is afraid of electric shears. Wonder why? WH

The PetSmart on the Carlisle Pike is awful. The young girls gave me such a hard time. I had to drive from Harrisburg to pick something that only Carlisle had in stock, when I got there I asked if she could check if they had it. She “looked” in the back, meanwhile I find it on a pallet at the end on the reptile isle. She then took her grand old time getting it out of the plastic. She had another girl help her load it on my cart, also with an attitude. They all continued to stare at me, which made me uncomfortable and I didn’t even get everything I came for. I won’t be going back to this store.

Always raising prices on everything to ridiculous prices. Bettas are now about 20 dollars whe they used to.be so much less. Poor things end up dying in the cups before they even get to a home because noones gnnanpay 20$ for a fish. The company is also incredicbly wasteful with food because they fear fraud when all they have to do is update the return policy. They could be donating all the perfectly good food they end up throwing away ,to shelters and instead they create more food waste. Just what the planet needs. This store is all about the money and doesnt care about its animals enough

Unfortunately I have to leave a minimum of 1 star, to write my complaint. Negative review is all I can do. I brought my dog to the local petsmart for a simple bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, basic $32 bath. I have a lab mix who is about 80 to 90 pounds he's always had a minor defect in his tail from birth it has never been an issue for him. I brought my dog there, 2 hours later I picked my dog up and 6 hours later he was at the ER vet!!! And the next day he was back of the vet for follow up !! He is on many many pain pills, cannot walk cannot poop cannot stand cannot sit.. We are going back to the vet for sedation to maybe put his tail back in place!!! I have called the petsmart and they just keep saying well we don't know we need to investigate and I say there's no investigation to be done your Tech damaged my dog you have the bills you pay the bills you return my money and you also pay me money to go have my dog professionally groomed after you did such a hack job on his toenails! I need to know what your tech did to my dog to pass that on to the vet so maybe we can save his tail! And all I get back is we are investigating..Well, you don't have cameras everybody's too busy and the tech is too afraid to come forward..of my dog dies one hell of a lawsuit will be there, and unfortunately it's not the 1st one. I should have read reviews 1st. I thought since they were a national chain for 30 years they would be professionals. I was wrong!
