PetSmartReviews of petsmart.com

I bought some great items for our puppy at Petsmart in Raleigh on Milbrook Rd. Everyone was very helpful. I did have one issue that required speaking with a manager at a later time. Jesse was amazing and handled my questions and resolved the issue in a timely and satisfactory way. I will go back. Thanks

Petsmart in Hattiesburg Mississippi, is amazing. They are clean and uncluttered, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about their customers and the animals.

I am reviewing based on their products and website. I have no issue with their products nor shipping. It's been a great experience to purchase items from them. I would definitely recommend them

My 'Harley' and I, love Hailey (Groomer) at the Store in Springfield OH 'Harley' goes once a month for her 'Spa Day' We have never had a problem.. 'Harley' looks and smells wonderful.

We took our shi tzu there today for a grooming. Phylicia was her groomer and she did fantastic!!! She looks and smells beautiful!! I highly recommend her!!

I went to PetSmart in Woodhaven MI looking for a tank for a red ear slider turtle and had the fortune of getting help by a real expert!! This young woman not only recommended the best stuff to buy but taught me a lot about the care of my turtle, looked for ways to save money and gather people to help me load all the stuff in my car. I have had that turtle for 9 years and bought what I found on line as recommendations and bought it is other pet stores. The experience I had in that store made me a loyal customer!! I went on 2/5/2020 and the first name of the associate that help me starts with K (sorry didn't memorize her name) and deserves recognition!!)

I brought my puppy un for her first trim and they did an amazing job. They did her bath and trim quickly and it looks great!

thank you Joy!!! we love charlies cut.
