I had $88.00 in Treats rewards, someone in California stole them, I’m in New Jersey. Petsmart treated me like I was the thief ~ made me make a new account, use a different phone number, when I said I only have one phone the customer service guy said he wouldn’t give them back, I had to use my daughters phone number. Now, I spend a lot of money at petsmart and I was spoken to like an idiot. So now I have an app with $22 that he wouldn’t move to the new account and I have $88 on a website account, this makes no sense ~ and when he didn’t like what I was saying ~ he kept interrupting me~ he gave me warnings, then hung up on me. Petsmart’s customer service is not in the United States. I won’t be buying from them anymore. Oooh this was an ongoing project for almost 2 months.

Pet smart is nothing but hypocrites I went to buy a budgie but they said my cage was to small (keep in mind it was almost a 3foot by 3 foot by 3foot with a topper same size But they had almost six in one cage way smaller then mine I asked if i could buy a cage from them that they thought was big enough and they brought me a cage smaller than mine and it cost $160

Used to be my first pick when shopping for my cat and gerbil's needs, but in the past year, they have gone down hill fast. Prices have gone up literally everywhere, but their prices have SKYROCKETED. Its a crapshoot whether I get the discounts noted on the website when trying to checkout. Tried just this morning; 35% off your first auto ship of Hill's Science Diet. I went through ALL of my orders on the site back until 2023. No Hill's. I keep a special 'orders' folder in my email box. No Hill's purchases back til 2020 (I kind of had a thing against Hill's so I know for a fact I never would have purchased the brand before 2020). So why no 35% off? Cuz their company and website are lame. I've dealt with their customer service in the past when my package was lost, CONFIRMED by the carrier and they were no help. They just kept telling me to wait for it. I literally sent them a screenshot of the chat where the CS agent from the shipper told me it was lost AND THEY STILL TOLD ME TO KEEP WAITING. Like no bro, you have proof! Oh well, guess I'll have to spend my money elsewhere now.

Used the grooming service for both my dogs. Both animals was returned to me after grooming infested with fleas. I returned to purchase products to remove fleas the following day and even though their website shows the store open at 8am the manager was rude in her demeanor saying they don't open till 9am that 8am is just for grooming pets. I believe this was a grooming issue and would have paid for to correct their incompetence and was told to leave. SO, I'M DONE WITH THESE ASSES. I then made a 8:30 purchase at Walmart at a better prices.

I ordered an item online (replaceable battery collar) and was sent the wrong item (rechargeable battery collar). Customer service is not able to send me the correct item without me first sending back their useless item, and it can take 5-7 days to process everything. The collar cost me nearly $250! I am very disappointed in Petsmart, this was my first time ordering from them and you can be sure it will also be my last. The Customer Service Rep was kind and friendly but his manager told him that due to the high value of the item, the correct item can not be sent immediately.

Booked a grooming appointment at PetSmart Millburn (07041) with stylist Odalys T, and she canceled last minute saying my Samoyed would “take too much time” compared to her other smaller dogs. Completely unprofessional and unfair. If the scheduling system allows the booking, customers shouldn’t be turned away because the groomer only wants “easy” dogs. Very disappointing experience.

these people say "anything for pets" but what they mean is "anything for pets (that live more than 5 years and are larger than 2 feet tall)" if you walk into the hamster and rodent stuff isle you'd think you just walked into a toy store. Almost none of this stuff is safe for hamsters. the cages are too small, hamster balls are not fun for any kind of rodent, and some bedding is actually dangerous. Don't buy hamster or rodent stuff here, buy it online or at a safe store.
