I was in petsmart in paramus on 10/19/2019. I was there to have my dog groomed. My dog has been going there for at least 5 yrs and never had a problem and received all good comments about my dog each time I picked her up, Well this time the groomer decided to call me to come back and get her when i just was pulling into me house to tell me that my dog was aggressive and would now come out of the cage, When i got there the dog came right out with no problem and was wagging her tail, I feel that they had no right to even say the dog was aggressive and made her sound like she was ready to bite or attack her. Every single paper that i have gotten back when i picked up the dog was all good reports for 5 yrs, Nothing at all said that she was ever aggressive in anyway, So the manager there of the store called me knowing how upset I was when I left there and told me that they knew the dog was aggressive and it had happened in the past when they caged her, So my question is why was I never told this or on my paper work and why was my dog caged again there? They must have been giving me false information for 5 yrs or the dog was never a problem and she did something to the dog to make her feel like that this time, I want answers, and I am still waiting for a call back from the upper management of petsmart for 3 days now and have not heard from anyone when they said someone will reach out to me within 48 hrs the most! If i dont hear from anyone I will be taking this to the next step!

This will be the last time i ever buy a fish at Petsmart, oh no sorry they don't sell fish there that's right they sell Ick. I though with them being a new store and after years of not shopping there they would have changed their bad habits over the years but, I assumed wrong. Never will I ever shop their again now I have to treat my 75gl. tank. Petsmart is now banned from my books.

What is with this company? I bought two items in store and later found each item 30-40 % cheaper on their website. When I took the items back for a refund of the difference the check out girl was very defensive and poorly trained to deal with the situation.

I should have known better than to buy an animal from PetSmart, but I learned the hard way. I bought a guinea pig which later had 2 still born babies 16 days after I got her. (Btw I had 2 other females when I had her, one of which passed away and had ring worm when I got her but that was treatable)

Scheduled grooming for my dog. Explained his size and breed and that he was an outdoors dog. We get him groomed a few times a year with baths and brush we give on our own. Drove an hour to Clovis from the country. They called us 30 minutes later claiming they wanted to shave him. You do not shave Great Pyrenees! Their fur protects them. I can comb out any mats in an hour. It takes patience! I just have limited time sometimes. He refused to even bathe my dog as he claimed it would make the mats worse. What a crock. I use shampoo and conditioner. Then I comb them out, patiently. These people are just lazy and want only inside pets who come in clean having just been groomed the week before. Oh my goodness! They might actually have to work where my dog was concerned. What a waste of time and gas. Well my dog didn’t get pampered. He just got me. I was probably a lot nicer and more patient than any of them will ever be. It’s a shame, because they missed out on a sweet dog that looks like Santa Paws.

ordered on wed and got a notice on thursday that my order was complete. the following TUESDAY I get a notice that my item had finally been shipped. when I clicked on that link, I was told that they had a shipping PRE-order and it would be shipped as soon as they had the item from petsmart. . . . who only knows when the item will actually arrive. next time, I'll stick to amazon

I honestly can not say anything good about this store. Last year, for months they would advertise Cat Condos that never came to that store. When I called it on them after several months of false advertising, it finally stopped. Cat treats, every flavor is priced differently. I questioned them on this and they said well it is different flavors. That is like pricing every flavor of cat food differently. Their quality of cat products are of a lower grade then the Dollerama at quadruple the price! And to top it all off, about 2 weeks ago I was accosted at the checkout and accused of stealing carts! I am a disabled senior and when I have to get litter I take the cart over to Sobeys do my shopping and take a taxi home. I was horrified and traumatized and left the store and will never ever go back. I filled a complaint. The first 2 times it was thrown in the garbage, the third time I get a response from management. They wanted to talk. Well I talked I wanted to know what happened to the employee who did such a thing. No response. Stay away from Pet Smart!

pet smart should get sued or something because i took my dog he is a poodle mixture with a cavapoo i took him to the groomer section to give him a better look and cut his nails and waited for 4 hours like always. A few hours later when I come back to come pick him up my dog comes hurt with a lot of cuts and him bleeding when we got home his nails were bleeding and then he couldn't walk he could've barley he didn't want to play that much. Lot of my friends and work friends Have told me that why we take our dog there and that its the worst place ever and that they talk bad to them and hit them. thats my opinion of petsmart IN STAMFORD CT never bring ur dog there.
