Took my small dog for a grooming and the staff dident even bother try and groom her they sent me home beaucse she was a little scared. Staff is highly sensitive worst customer service

We are always so happy for our pet when he has a trip for grooming at PetsMart. Yesterday was more anticipated than others because Louie was way long overdue because of the unavailability. Katie M. did a fantastic job taking great care of Louie. He’s an old timer and if I can speak for him. THANK YOU to Katie and the whole grooming salon.

I've heard great things from a friend regarding PetSmart's grooming so I decided to take my dogs there since my usual placed was booked out pretty far in advance. Well I just picked up my Mini Goldendoodle, Margo, from her appointment and she looks great! Abby W. did a wonderful job & was very sweet. She listened to the cut I wanted and explained the upgrade I was looking for. I am very happy with the service and plan to return in the future. I take my Toy Yorkie, Todd, for his grooming appt tomorrow and am so excited to see how he turns out!

The grooming department in our local PetSmart is top notch. Sal loves his “spa day” and loves to visit with his favorite groomers!

Curbside pickup was insanely easy and took only a few minutes. I think the only thing that could’ve been improved was how the actual system alerted us of when to pickup

I took my dogs to be groomed at PetSmart on Signal Butte. They were a life saver during this difficult time. My regular groomers shut down during the COVID19 Virus. They were kind and courteous when dropping off my dogs. My dogs were at ease. Very reasonable price. And they did an excellent job! My dogs and I will definitely be a repeat customers!

Shop at the Lawnside,NJ Petsmart today. They are the best in customer service.. always pleasant and helpful.. smiling!’ They all seem to love their job and convey that to all who enter their store!!
