Petsmart grooming in Citrus park Fl is the worst I took my dog to get groomed and they did a terrible job To make matters worst she was done buy the manager of the grooming department. When I complained about the terrible job the manager was curt and rude. Buyer beware DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THEIR FOR GROOMING YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are a bunch of inexperienced kids grooming with bad attitudes. They are not friendly with dogs and have no patience dealing with puppies. My puppy came out of the store unrecognizable with what could be at best described as a hack job. His hair was uneven had chunks and patches of hair uncut. What disturbed me most is how he bolted for the door and was whining to get out of there. At home my energetic puppy laid in his bed staring at me with sad puppy dog eyes. I can only imagine how he was treated while I was gone. If you want a bunch of kids hacking up your dogs suit yourself but I recommend finding a groomer with experience and one that actually likes dogs. If you even question the cut or what happened to your dog you are faced with rude attitude. Save your money and hire a real groomer!!!

I tried to make a simple on-line order and it turned into a comedy of errors. I couldn't get the order to go through until I downloaded the app. I picked ship to home, but they shipped it to the store and cancelled one item. I purchased extra items so I could get free shipping. I couldn't cancel the order, but they said it would expire. It did, but they only refunded 11 out of 54 dollars. I tried to get the bed I ordered refunded and I got a a different answer every day. Sometimes two different answers from two different people. Overall it took about a week of fighting with them to get money back for merchandise I never received. Customer care told me I had to call the store and the store manager said I had to contact customer care. I will stick with Chewy and Amazon from now on. .

Today at 5:00 I went to groom my dog, and they said that it would be about 2 hours and 30 minutes. They did the grooming, and notified us that our dog is ready to pick up. We came and they told us to go pay, and after we payed they showed us our dog, and OMG! Her haircut was awfully done, and they couldn't even shave off her knots that we came to get rid of. They said that the reason that they didnt, was because they didn't have the right tools to shave our dog! And I was like, if you don't know how to groom a dog, then why are you hear!?! The groomer said they didn't have scissors to cut her (my dogs) hair off. We let them take our dog, and they gave us a monster instead of a beautiful girl she is!!! Dont buy pets at PetsMart because they abuse them and buy them at mills, and definitely do NOT groom your dog there. I cant believe it, our baby, our dog, was scared for 2 hours and the groomers did nothing. And also we had to pay FULL price, while they didn't even do anything! Awful! What do we do with our dog now!?! And I really want to show you the phot and video of our awfully done haircut. I filmed everything and I have proof of this! Show me a place were I can post these photos!!!!

I would rate PetSmart grooming in Roseville, Minnesota a zero star. I went in describing how I would like my dog (13 pounds) fur to be trimmed. I wanted him to have at least an inch fur left. When I told my dog is ready, I was shocked to find that he had been shaved off and nothing like how the groomer lady explained she would do. He also had a circular bruise on his neck. The grooming lady at PetSmart said it was the collar that caused it but it didn’t look like a collar bruise at all. I was very disappointed. If the lady couldn’t handle a medium, 13 pound dog, she could’ve just refused service and I would’ve been more than happy to take my dog elsewhere. I’m paying for a service and to receive my dog with a bruise is very concerning.

I would give it zero stars if possible but it will not allow that option. If you want to spend thousands of dollars and spend the night at the emergency vet most definately take your dog to the grooming dept here. We have racked up almost 2000 dollars in vet Bill's and more for medication all of my dogs have contracted kennel cough. The groomers is the only place my babies go as we have a fenced in yard. When I called the store we go to they said they could have gotten it from the parking lot. They do not require your dog be vaccinated for kennel cough just rabies. I would suggest looking around for another groomer they do not clean up like they are supposed to and the do not sanitize like they should I am just putting this review online so others can be aware. I was told there was an animal brought in that they knew had kennel cough and still allowed them to bring the animal in. I am very disappointed and angry.

Went to get a cone and a dog with that obviously had parvo had pooped in the floor blood and poop was every where I went and asked Banfield did they have a parvo puppy they said no I said well one with parvo had pooped in the floor and it needs to be cleaned up the response was thats not our resposibility 😕😕😡😡

I scheduled my dog for his yearly appointment at 8:30 in the morning not as a drop off and with a specific vet. I arrived on time and they wanted me to change my plans and drop him off. The Vet that I had scheduled with I was told she was not available. As she walked in the door as I was standing speaking with the front desk individual. My dog is all of 5 pounds and the vet that saw him did not know how to handle dogs, first she was going to put him on a nasty exam bed. The staff had to take blood and they were so inadequate in the way they handled him it was bad.They scared him so badly. I will not let the vet that saw him see him again. Be careful in leaving your pets, because you do not know how they are treated when you are not there.
