No one replied to my email so I called customer service. The lady was rude. It should not take 8 days to process a harness. That doesn't even include it being shipped to me. I waited on hold forever for them to tell me it's sitting there in a box and will not go out in the mail for a few more days. Petco had my order here by the time petsmart got it out of the building. The customer service was way better as well.

I was at the pet smart on 34th bay-point plaza St Pete fl today and could not believe the way they are treating they very few customers they have you cannot go in the store you have to wait to stand at one of two lines within the store you cannot go any further you have to tell this very rude associate what you want and she the puts it on the counter then you pay by card take your own receipt pick up your purchase and leave. I have a mask on they don’t the four associates in the store were too close together no gloves no masks and they are touching everything and are young enough to have the virus just to pass on to people in my age group, but that’s ok I wiped everything down in future I will buy on line and after this they will probably go out of business because I am sure in this very small neighborhood others like me will never shop there again. Remember customers are golden treat them well they can always go elsewhere. I am a great believer in supporting local business but I’m done with this store. Vivi

We purchased a harness at the Southlake PetSmart and halfway home, realized it had 2 rips in it! We immediately took it back and was told that they weren't issuing refunds due to COVID-19. We asked them to please do the right thing and give us one without rips in it since we had just purchased it 30 minutes ago (and had the receipt) but they refused! So.. we wasted $20.00 on a harness that was on their shelves damaged. We will never go back!

I was a long time customer of Petsmart, I used to buy all of my dog’s monthly supplies there. I was treated poorly, and with prejudice by one of the female employees. I am no longer shopping at Petsmart.

sold me a week old girl guinea pig knowing they should not be seperated from mom before a month. Having to give it goats milk with water because hes not even weined yet!!!!!!! cant eat solid food. you should be ashamed. terrible terrible people

Their website says fast shipping in 2 days. I placed an order and was told it will come Thursday which will make it a week since i placed the order.

Terrible for grooming. Multiple deaths of people’s pets or harm done to the pet. My one friend had a huge issue and 1000$$$ in medical bills. I did see and hear first hand. They’re EXCUSES are pathetic. I had switched cat foods slowly introducing the new “top notch” kind. My cat died. The brand had had a recall prior to my purchase and they failed to pull the food off the shelves. Highly do NOT recommend unless you want to be unsatisfied or leave with a pet that’ll die unexpectedly. Awful awful place.

They just rip you off . They have a very unprofessional groomers. Stay away if you can
