PetSmartReviews of petsmart.com

Everytime I go to PetSmart I swear I will never return. They are out of stock constantly...on everything....but their nasty attitude!!! Just tried doing curb-side....no different. Couldn't get the order through and they...per usual....were going to help me....reluctantly. I WILL NEVER RETURN....NEVER!!!! I'm DONE with the arrogance of PetSmart.

I wouldn’t have given one star if I could get to this part without doing so I will never return to any pets mart store ever your service is awful not to mention discrimination on animals is hideous I have a rescue will never muzzle my dog because I have a pit bull the most gentle non aggressive dog ever to anyone

I wouldn't even give them one star to be honest with you there's two PetSmarts where I live the one on Grape Road in South Bend is absolutely horrendous horrible they shaved my dog's completely bald after I repeatedly told them do not shave them just give them a trim try to understand as soon as possible not only that they were 5 days away from getting there Frontline dose which was on my calendar and they came home full of fleas the next day I was wondering why they were itching so bad ya fleas everywhere. They don't go anywhere they're not around other animals there's no where they could have came from besides PetSmart. To say they are bad groomers is an understatement. they also instead of rounding my teacup yorkies face around and Blended they cut it in lines so it's completely not Blended there's lines in his head it looks absolutely ridiculous. I do hair for a living and I could do a much better job I can't believe I even gave them a chance only because the other PetSmart on Ireland Road where I live does excellent job. PetSmart on Grape Road is horrible their nail trimming is a joke their nails are so coarse and brittle they cut my 87 grandmother's leg and drew blood after they cut them.when they jumped on her because they didn't cut their nails properly. My male teacup yorkies anal glands were not done. I could go on and on about all the things that they did not do correctly and not to mention their bad attitude everything that I talked to them about was my fault everything was blamed on me they didn't take any of the blame or even say I'm sorry. I'm very very disappointed with their services and they will never ever receive services from myself my friends are family again and I will be sure to get that around..I will spread this like the plague to save other fur babies from being mistreated by their rude staff. Do not take your animal to PetSmart on Grape Road in Mishawaka they will butcher your dog the pieces you will not recognize them it will be horrible I look at my animals and I want to cry they did such a horrible job. They are absolutely the worst dog groomers in the area and should not even have a license to groom their Not educated and like I said very rude when you bring a problem that to them. On their little brochure it says if you're not happy you don't pay let's go over this again I talked to the manager the general manager and I went up to corporate which will be getting back with me today. They need to get to the bottom of this and why Kaylee did such a terrible job on my baby Yorkies they came out completely bald and not Blended at all just cut in lines around their head it's embarrassing I should be refunded not only for the condition of my dog's butt for the rudeness I had to endure dealing with these people. Like I said I work in the hair industry and word spreads very fast I will make sure if you love your animals just to say this again please do not take your animal to PetSmart on Grape Road unless you're ready for a big disappointment they are a horrible groomer. And I cannot believe after one day of being there I find fleas on them give me a break do not take your animal to Petsmart on Grape Road in Mishawaka they will not do anything but butcher your animal bare to the skin and give them razor burn they have NO TRAINING. Like they always do on Ireland Road PetSmart I asked them to please give them a nice Blended soft hair around the face not complete straight lines continuing down there face with no blending whatsoever they do not know how to cut hair at all whatsoever I cut peoples hair & this is ridiculous they couldn't even blend his hair and my girl teacup Yorkie is absolutely bald to the skin with razor burn this place should be shut down do not take your animal there unless you're ready for a big disappointment. They're rude attitude and they will actually hurt your animals and blame it on you in return and then overcharge you by almost double of what the other PetSmart charges. They are farthest from a Grooming Salon I have ever seen they will not get my business and I will spread the word around that Grape Road PetSmart is a joke do not take your animals near there if you care about them as I'm sure you all do my pets are like my children and I am completely dissatisfied with this ridiculousness. The care of the animals is bad and there promoting bad cages employs are not edcucated and rude they deserve 0 stars

The cashier 617546 at11:40am was rude and unhelpful. When I let him know that my dog had a accident he wasn’t friendly about it, most PetSmart employees would say don’t worry about it happens all the time but this guy was just rude. At the checkout line it just happened that I had a toy that didn’t have a tag I told him the price but instead of going to check the price he said are you (customer) going to go get another one because I’m not going to. I just didn’t find him very pleasant. Location 5707 West Northern Avenue Glendale, AZ 85301

I’m really upset because my dog was given a new food to loose weight, the vet recommended it as the best and it’s been over 3 weeks and it has not arrived at the store. Now I have to start over with another brand that she doesn’t want. She was eating Royal Canin Sateity wet dog food. On top of it I can’t even order it online. My dog is really finicky eater and now that she finally got used to that food I cannot find it her in Puerto Rico. Poor merchandising on your part.

They did not even deserve even one star. My opinion they are puppy mill groomers. Your dog better be easy to groom or take them somewhere else, they don't have time to deal with anything. Been dealing with PetSmart for over 4 years, done now. Trust me don't waste your time at PetSmart!

This store is ridiculous! The prices are absolutely insane. I went to buy a harness for my small 22 pound dog. The harness is for training your dog not to pull while walking, and the small harness that consists of 3 tiny straps was $35! The prices are ridiculous and I won’t ever shop at this overly-priced store again.
