Rude man was yelling at me on the phone today when I called. Asked to speak with the manager, but he was one. Would not slow his speech no matter how much I tried to talk to him. Need an appointment for a vaccine as well as a separate appointment for nail trim. Easier to go to an appointment at a vet.

I'm currently trying to have Pet Smart District Manager or Valley Animal Haven (where the cats come from) to pay the financial burden of the cat we recently adopted that had ringworm (and now my daughter has it all over her face). I've never dealt with something like this before with animals, as we have always take care of them and live in a clean home environment. It's disgusting that they do not wash nor have the cat thoroughly checked before the adoption process/payment. So far the store manager Emily said she can not do anything about it, so we will see if the district manager can. I would be cautious before adopting a cat from Pet Smart as they said its Valley Animal Haven responsibility for the reason the cat has ringworm. I'm sorry but the cat was at YOUR PetSmart facility for a period of time, but seem not to take ownership of that??? The adoption process was over $120 We paid money 3 weeks later to get the cat check at $130 And we need to get the cat checked in 6 weeks that will cost $200. It's so dumb and I am so disappointed how PETSMART is dealing with this. I always shop here, but no more. Until I get a resolution form the anonymous PetSmart District Manager they are on my list. My daughter is upset and hates to have the medicine I had to purchase to help heal this skin issue. As a parent, this upsets me so much, and the fact that I have to stop my day to make call after call regarding this issue is tiring. They don't even have an HR department, only customer service.

Never been and don't think I will after my friend was invited to a play date thing petsmart was holding and her and her dog were turned away because of his breed. Not only am I discussed but I'm angry. All dogs should be treated the exact same with love and care but clearly you thibk differently

This is why I will not go back to PetSmart. It's a horrible practice from a place that should be advocating for all animals, not facilitating stereotypes. From their website for Day Camp and Group Playtime Requirements: "...Furthermore, for the safety of all animals and associates, we cannot accept dogs of the “bully breed” classification or wolves/wolf hybrids including American Pit Bull Terriers, Miniature Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs, Bull Terriers or mixed breeds that have the appearance or characteristics of one of these breeds."

I keep getting charged twice, three times for online orders. I have to watch and fight to get the money back. This is now the 5th or 6th week in a row. I just got back money from last order today. Placed another order, happened again !! Never again. Because of Covid, It feels like PetSmart is taking advantage of a horrible situation we find ourselves in. I will never shop at PetSmart again.

They sell inadequate and unethical fish tank decor featuring sharp edges, narrowing tunnels with SHARP JAGGED points at the end, and bubbling paint. I’m referring to the mushroom decor death-house. Check any product thoroughly!

I would give -5 stars if I could. I have been taking my schnauzer for grooming at the Petsmart on Lima Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana for about a year now with no issues. Until last Sunday. I instructed the girl checking us in that I wanted the normal cut that I get every time, and I left. When I picked Bella up, they had shaved every part of her but her face!!! No phone call telling us there was a problem, nothing. They just shaved her. I was so stunned i couldn't speak.

So I went to petsmart in Newport, Kentucky. the woman who was the manager I guess goes passed me doesn't say anything to me and on her phone. Then she tries to go passed me again on the way back. runs into other customers to avoid me. And in the past this person hasn't wore her mask. she needs to be taken care of.
