We made an appointment on 09/28/20 to have our Yorkie bathed and groomed In Springfield Ohio on 10/03/20. Because of our age and disabilities we use Petsmart. So I left 20 minutes before appointed time. They call 15 minutes before appointed and say that someone called off and we need to remake another appointment. We never asked for a certain groomer and they were taking other dogs. If this is how you treat your customers then I will take my business someplace else. And so should you.

I made an appointment to have my dog groomed for the 5th time they were unable to groom due to personnel issues! There reponse was oh well too bad nothing we can do! Turned there back on me. I drive 15 miles no call to advise me of the problem.

I had lots of shopping to do around PetSmart on Manchester it would be a good day to try the doggie day camp. I dropped her off at 9:00 only 2 other dogs in this small glass area, I didn't think much about it, I dropped by at 10:00 now 13 dogs in the small glass area a couple small kids slides at steps, the dogs had little space to walk no place to run. At 11:15 stopped by again, my dog saw me through the glass started scratching and barking violently she wanted out. I had one more stop it was snack time from 12-1 l will let her enjoy it. I came back only to find out if you bring a snack for your dog they are put in a small crate for an hour away from the other dogs talking about a punishment. My dog was clearly upset when I got there she whined and cried all the way home. I felt like a terrible dog owner.

Only allow certain breeds in store weather a tiny puppy or an bigger dog. VERY disappointed. I’ll give my money to a good company.

I dropped my dog off and the girl said I only did a appointment (online) for a bath and brush. So I said ok! Please cut and grind his nails !! I dropped him off at 10:50 am my appointment was at 11 am. She said well you can just bring him back Wednesday and we can do all of it and cut him. I said no, I need him bathed ! I was not able to pick up puppy until 2pm ! I had to wait because no one was inside the grooming part of the store when I arrived. She then gets me my invoice and I walk to the register and look at my receipt $49 !!!!! So I had to wait for someone to come to the register also ! Finally pay the ridiculous price and go back to the groomer and get my puppy dog 7 months ! He was not dried all the way in his ears or his legs !! I NEVER have a problem with Pet Smart ! This is way out the box and I'm considering going back to Pet Sense ! I drove from Erath to Lafayette just to groom at Pet Smart and this is what I received for it !! I am not a happy customer at all !!

We bought a pair of guinea pigs in one of their stores. One of them died within the warrantee period. So we buried the little thing then called the store a few days later. They said they couldn't give us money back because we didn't bring back the dead animal. There is nothing we can do at this point. But I just want to warn people -- if possible go shop at somewhere else. Petco has a longer, 30-day guarantee. And their pets are healthier too. Do NOT shop at Petsmart

they told me I couldn't have my southern brown tree frog that I caught not far from my grandmothers house at my great uncles front yard when i went to get crickets for him

Petsmart in Wilmington DE is worthless. The groomer for my dog us great. The manager was the worst business person I ever met. I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm sorry my dog's groomer is losing money based on a cruel manager. I will never go back and i encourage no one else does. Btw I had an appt which the groomer agreed but the manager could not care less.
